By my first wash with my detailer, who comes every 2 weeks, he pointed out that the PPF was bubbled and lifting in a few spots. By 3/25 I noticed water spots/etching, which is exactly what the PPF is supposed to protect. I've reached out to them twice and received no response.This place does subpar work, and even worse, they will not honor their warranty or guarantees. They won't even respond to you about it. When I got my new car, I wanted to get it wrapped to my dream color. I was assured the excellent quality that SoFlo Ceramics produced, and was excited to finally see this through. Plus, they only have 5-star reviews; this was promising.Unfortunately, this was not a good experience whatsoever. There was a delay in it being finished because of a holiday and weekend, which is understandable, but my car was given to me unfinished, with lifting edges, and the wrong side mirror color, thus the quality of the wrap was subpar. To make matters worse, the color is nowhere near what I wanted nor what I thought it would be. I should have gone to see it in person, but it’s so far from what I wanted I can’t believe the shop thought it would be sufficient. Swatches and pictures make the color out to be much lighter than it actually is, so I ended up with a very baby blue/periwinkle car instead of one that’s a lighter, more pale/pastel version of it like I wanted (please see attached photos).At almost $4,000 for the wrap, I expected the job to be done completely and correctly. I am beyond disappointed in how this all has transpired, and there was no willingness to “make it right” except to finish what was not done as promised in the first place. They falsely claimed that the door jams were not included in the quote but they absolutely were per the shop’s partner Drive Oz. Nearby and similar shops quoted the same price with everything included. In addition, a phone conversation I had with the owner’s dad, Wayne, went something like this: “we did what we said we’d do when we first had the car. We’re doing the door jams for free even though they were not included in the original quote because you’re complaining too much.” Essentially, I was told to shut up and be happy that they’re even doing the rest of the car regardless of how long it’s taking (2 weeks extra, by the way, for a total of 20 days to do the wrap, tints, and rims).***By the way, they STILL didn’t finish the job and there are bubbles and lifting edges (see pictures)***I’m a nurse and had a job in the restaurant industry in the past, which are two customer service-focused jobs, and I feel like they seriously lack customer service and basic communication skills for the amount of money they charge. I have felt disrespected and belittled. This type of job requires them to treat their customers with respect, empathy, and kindness, things I have not felt from them for weeks (except for when I was paying them).To have to drive the car 80 miles round trip and pay for gas, as well as set aside time to complete/fix this, I expected just a little bit more from them. Perhaps it’s been such a terrible experience because I’m a woman and not a man. The color I can get over, yes, but to be made to feel inferior and talked to like an idiot after spending this much money, it just doesn’t sit right with me. If you want my honest opinion, I would find a different, more qualified, shop to wrap your cars.
