I called this business and said "Hi, do you do jewelry repair" and the lady who answered responded in a rude tone "well, yeah that would be me" I was confused with her response and replied "I'm sorry, do you repair jewelry here" she replied "well I have 15 years experience so I'd say I do" in a snarky tone. I told her "nevermind, I'll take my business elsewhere have a nice day" She may have been having a bad day but first impressions are extremely important, if you are so rude and bothered by someone inquiring about service I can only imagine what my experience would have been taking my jewelry in to be repaired!

It's not hard to fix your hours for it to say open and closed I drove all the way over here because your maps says open just for you to be closed for a whole week and you don't ever answer your phones.

A friend of ours referred us to this Jeweler after having a great experience. My husband & I took some jewelry & a coin to find out the value. We met with Randy Diaz, who was so friendly, knowledgeable & took his time to explain everything to us. We had decided before we went that we would get 3 prices since we had no idea of the value of our pieces. We both liked Randy so much, we thought about not going anywhere else, but decided to stick to our plans. The 2nd place was horrible, so after getting a price for the coin we left as we felt we were bothering them. At the 3rd place we were helped by a very nice woman who's price & explanations were pretty similar to Randy. With that, we still decided to go back to Randy, as he stood out as someone we could really trust. We still have a few things we are considering selling & when we do we will just go see Randy!! The staff is amazing and effortlessly ensures making a big purchase truly enjoyable. I had been searching for the right anniversary ring for years and found the perfect fit my first visit! Granted, I took several indecisive hours to determine exactly what I wanted but David was extremely patient and never pressured me. Annie was also fun and encouraging. I needed my new purchase resized but started second-guessing the size a few days later so I called and spoke to Annie who came up with the brilliant solution of going up a quarter size from my original choice. I brought my son with me to pick up my set and staff was so kind and patient with him. Thanks for the sweet little gift, Randy! My kiddo felt so special to get something too. I couldn’t be happier with my new set!
