Steve did a great job setting up my Tesla Wall Charger this week. The work came out great and we were real happy with the outcome.

Priced at the high end. The lighted was a used light. I was told by the installer that one of the light bulbs was bad. I went and purchased light bulbs and it still did not work properly. I called the installer at EcoGreen the day they installed the light and was told the next time I had them do some work he would take a look at the light. That is not good business.

In North Carolina the temperatures have been over 80° consistently and our air conditioning was out over 2 weeks and we have a small child so urgency was vital!! So upon going through several unprofessional service technicians we were losing Faith in a trustworthy and reliable HVAC company. Our last Research through Thumbtack led us to finding EcoGreen services and that could not have been a better decision for our family. I definitely feel that they went above and beyond and their concern was to provide not only cool air and comfort, but honest and dependable work To put our mind at ease LONG TERM. I had a lighting fixture replaced by Mark. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend!

Service technician was nice and easy to work with but was not knowledgeable of water filtration systems (point of visit) or whole home filters. They did nothing to fix the issue, even testing the water, and their advice was incorrect. They suggested changing to a higher quality water filter even though it is currently using the highest quality filter. Overall, the visit was not helpful.

We had a problem with the breaker tripping for the family room and kitchen. We contacted EcoGreen that evening, They called the next morning, and Mark came out. He checked out the issue, gave us options and we decided to replace the breaker and install a surge protector. Mark was very professional and great to work with.
