We are just back from a week stay at Bogg Hall barn. We had ten adults, ten children and several dogs. The barn had everything we needed and more. All the children have said it was the best holiday they’ve been on. It was great to see them playing outside and enjoying the fresh air even in winter. The barn caters for all with accessibility rooms and social areas to enjoy together. We can’t wait to come back. Amazing property with fantastic little touches. With 20 of us we all had plenty of room. There was a huge cupboard of games, hot tubs both were amazing, water gun fun included! Towels all fresh and the place was lovely and warm. Lots of glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans, though one or two pans we couldn’t get to work on the hob. We were mainly gas users so induction hob was not our forte 😂. Local area included a pub and lovely tea room. Super super clean! Lovely welcome treats on arrival. Couldn’t fault any part of our stay. Amazing venue! A group of 19 friends visited in November. Customer service before our stay wad excellent and Grand Get Together were always quick to respond. Gorgeous goodies left as a welcome basket which were much appreciated by our group. All rooms en suite which is a massive plus. The accommodation is outstanding and huge! We congregated in the main part of the barn with a fantastic kitchen island, it's own bar and pool table and beautiful tables to more than comfortably seat us all. We used a local taxi company to take us into Scarborough as the closest pub, 5 minutes walk from the house was closed when we visited. Kitchen full of everything you need including ample coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. This is the 13th year our group of friends have been away, and each year we choose a different venue. Bog Hall Barn has been our favourite by far! The pool was even checked and cleaned after our first night and is emptied after each visit! Fantastic, we loved it, thank you. Less

We had the most amazing weekend at Corner Farm. The property is beautiful and has been lovingly prepared for visitors with so many little details and requirements thought of and planned for. Molly and her team have done a brilliant job, and were so helpful answering random questions before our stay. The photos do not do this property justice, there is so much space and it’s great for large groups with well designed social spaces and different sleeping arrangements. What a fantastic property, 21 of us stayed for a family get together (4 generations) as well as 5 well behaved dogs and there was something for everyone to enjoy, whether that was all together or seperatley, the location was also ideal allowing visits to Scarborough, Whitby, flamingo land and other local tourist areas. Myself and a group of 15 other girls have just had a weekend stay at corner farm to celebrate a friends 40th birthday! This place is amazing so spacious and had everything we needed to just stay in together from the hot tub to the pool table and the fun we had winding up the birthday girl with the dolls house by leaving the door open and positioning the dolls in various positions (she was adamant it was haunted)! They have literally thought of everything from hot tub towels to everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The pub and takeaway next door was handy too! The house tablet had all the information you could need although I would have found this useful to maybe have this emailed a few days before so I could have read up on everything before the stay but thats probably just me! However Molly was only too happy to answer any questions before the stay and communication was superb. She even popped in to see how we were getting on when we arrived which was nice. 100% recommend and I’m sure we will back for the next big celebration! Less

We decided to move our annual family get together to Scarborough area - 16 adults and 6 children. The whole weekend in the Bogg Hall Barn was fantastic, absolutely loved the open planned living/kitchen/pool/dinning area - it meant the whole family were able to do their own thing but still be part of the group. The indoor spa was a big hit with everyone, especially the kids. All rooms were beautiful, a lot of thought has gone into the design, interiors and equipment that a large group need. WOW!! We have just stayed at Bogg hall barn for my 30th with 23 friends and family! Absolutely breathtaking, the little details really made our visit, they have thought of everything!! The location is fabulous, some people went for a local walk on the Saturday, others went to Scarborough beach while some found a local pub to enjoy some dinner!! We arranged a singer/guitarist for entertainment for one evening which the lay out of the venue was Superb for a large group to enjoy together, every room was so spacious and the hydro pool in doors really added that extra touch for us all to enjoy together aswel as a smaller hot tub outside. We did have a problem of a 3 hour power cut including having no water, although it was a local problem it was also planned which we weren’t made aware of and it took us over an hour to be able to make contact with someone. I would definitely book the venue again and look forward to see the future plans they have for the place!! Less

We stayed at the Yard for my sister’s hen party. The communication with Molly was excellent, she always responded within a few hours. Check was quick and easy, the venue is absolutely stunning, the kitchen and dining area is huge and a perfect location for a large group of friends. We have just returned from a weeks stay at Westfield Granary. The property was perfect for us (6 adults & 5 children ranging in age from 3-11). It is spacious and really well presented. The grounds were amazing with so much space for the children to have fun, it includes a climb frame, swings, slide and goal posts. The games room and hot tub were also a hit. The location is great, not too far from the coast or a drive into York. We really do recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a get together with family or friends! Less

What an amazing venue we had such a hood time. Really high spec and great for get togethers set in lovely area with own privacy. One thing I would say is you need better shower mats. I slipped twice the second time really hurt my leg black and blue bruise, banged on the glass shower door. But overall was good had a great time. Less

We had our wedding at Grand Get Togethers and it was absolutely perfect. Molly was amazing at responding really quickly to all our messages and venue was stunning. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony but the weather had different ideas. Despite this, Molly set up the ceremony room absolutely beautifully for us and we wouldn't have changed a thing. We loved having our guests able to stay on site so little ones were able to get to bed while the party continued. Hot tubs and bbqs the next day were a real treat for our sore heads! Less

Just returned from a 2 day family break at Corner Farm. It was the first time the whole family had managed to get away together all year and it was wonderful. The house is immaculately clean, well equipped- everything that you need is provided. We did struggle to get hot water at times, and if we were staying there longer we would have let Molly know but we coped. One thing we hadn’t realised is that the downstairs bedroom sits right on the crossroads and traffic passes frequently during the night so if you are a light sleeper choose another room, however we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here for large groups. Had a very enjoyable stay at Corner Farm with our large extended family to celebrate my Mum’s big birthday. The house is spacious and beautifully presented. It is well equipped to entertain all ages: two huge hot tubs (one indoors one out), pool table, darts, table-tennis and board games, as well as a slide and swings in the garden. 5* We stayed at Bogg Hall Barn for a stag party on Friday 22nd April for 3 nights. What an amazing place, everyone was blown away! Even with the accommodation in it's infancy, they seem to have every you would need during your stay. All appliances and rooms have been done to a high spec and would be ideal for a large group or even a wedding party. With indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a play park for kids, table tennis, football goals, there's plenty of things to do within the grounds. We couldn't recommend the place highly enough. We went into Scarborough on the Saturday, which we took the bus from the Ganton Greyhound (pub a short 15 minute walk away) bus stop, which only took around 25-30 minutes. Wow! Bogg Hall Barn is an outstanding property. I cannot express enough how much thought Molly has put in to ensure your every need is catered for. The property itself is stunning and far exceeded our expectations. All the rooms are finished to a high standard and Molly has thought of everything that you could possibly need during your stay. We were there to celebrate a golden wedding anniversary and wedding so hired external caterers and even they said it was one of the most spectacular properties they had been to. We stayed at the Westfield Granary to celebrate my son’s 30th Birthday it had been originally booked to celebrate my Mum’s 80th birthday in May but due to covid we had to reschedule. There had been a number of other family members big birthdays where Celebrations had been cancelled due to covid. It was also my future son in laws birthday during the stay so this break was intended to be a full weekend of celebrating. We went with cars loaded up with all the things we thought we would need but upon arrival it soon became very clear that everything possible had already been thought of and provided even down to the champagne bucket one of our party bought with him as he had planned a proposal on the Friday night.The place itself is amazing very homely and welcoming, and the games room was just perfect for our family get together, but the care and thought that has gone into every aspect just surpasses everything there wasn’t anything that hadn’t been thought of or provided. Molly has been so helpful and friendly over the time I have dealt with her for this booking despite obviously going through a stressful time herself with all the cancellations and rescheduling. This is the second time that I have booked The Yard for a hen party, and it won’t be the last. This time it was for my sister’s hen, where friends and family attended. The Yard is absolutely brilliant. It sleeps 16 and each room has a spotless en suite. The open plan kitchen and living area is huge and great for hosting a party. There is a games room with a pool table and an additional fridge, which is ideal for everyone’s drinks - there is also a large 12 man hot tub which is impressive! The gardens are beautiful and immaculate - there’s a BBQ and plenty of furniture to enjoy outside. We all had a wonderful time. It’s the ideal place for hen party. We have just come back from a weeks' stay at Westfield Granary. We chose it as our wedding venue, and then stayed on for our mini-moon afterwards. Honestly, we couldn't write enough words to describe how truly special this place is! The properties (including the beautiful new garden suite) are absolutely stunning. Everything we needed for a week in a self catering accommodation was there. The garden and surrounding fields are out of this world and made the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. Molly and Joan were on hand the entire time for anything we needed, and were so incredibly friendly and helpful on our wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. We can't shout about this place enough, and we sincerely hope to stay again some time in the future! Less

Simply Fantastic!! We were very kindly offered a stay at Corner Farm during the Lockdown. Molly and Joan opened their beautiful farm house to support NHS staff who were in need of temporary alternate accomodation during this time.The location is perfect with the insane Wolds Way trail being right next to us, while the seaside (with its bays, castle ruins and green cliffs!) a barely a 25 minute drive (definitely worth it). Corner Farm itself is exactly as the pictures portray - bright yet cosy, comfortable and spacious with tasteful decor. The house has everything you could possibly need from measuring jars and baking trays to washing machines and massive hot-tubs.Molly and Joane, aside from being incredibly kind, are super efficient and responded to us very quickly. Lovely Molly and her mum allowed us to stay at the yard during some difficult times, my husband, children and myself arrived back from Australia and we were living with vulnerable parents. When the lock down occurred my husband and I, who both work for the NHS, wanted to go back to work but we also needed to make sure our parents were protected. Molly offered for us to stay at the yard. We feel over whelmed with Molly’s kindness. The yard is a spectacular property with every thing needed for a great get away. The property is spacious and comfortable, we love the games room and the garden is a lovely space to sit and reflect or read with a glass of wine. I stayed here at the Granary for a long weekend in March 2020 with 13 of my friends aged 24-30. Molly was great, she was extremely helpful with any queries and requests we had. The accommodation was fantastic. Great location for a noisy group, we weren't asked to keep the noise down and were left to our own devices. We celebrated my 40th birthday at The Yard on the first weekend in December & what an amazing place! The property is spacious, finished to a very high quality & is equipped with everything you need for a luxury weekend away. The hot tub is huge & indoor which is great so you don’t have to brave the rain to get there! The living/kitchen/dining area is perfect for a party. There were 16 of us & it never felt cramped & there was enough space for everyone to spread out. All of the bedrooms are en-suite which is perfect for a large group. The garden is beautiful too & I can imagine well used in the summer months. Big thank you to Molly too who was so helpful in making sure I had the most fantastic 40th at The Yard. We recently stayed at Westfield Granary for my Sister in law's 30th birthday weekend. Molly could not have been more accommodating throughout the whole of our stay. The house was clean and bright, with plenty of communal space for us to do activities in, and the hot tub was just amazing! The actual location of the house was perfect, as it's not far from the coast or York, so handy to get to either if you're staying for a few days and want to explore the area. Molly and her family really have thought about all the little details to make our stay more enjoyable... so thank you for a lovely weekend. Just had a fabulous weekend at The Yard for my daughter’s hen-do. Excellent property with great facilities. I would highly recommend. We had delicious food cooked for us at The Yard by Dom’s-Kitchen and went to The Talbot Cookery School for cocktail making and cake decorating - fab combination! Less

Just came back from corner farm,sherburn. What a beautiful place! We went on a 30th birthday holiday with a big group of adults and my 4 year old boy. We all loved it. The owners catered for everything we could think of. We all had an amazing time. We would highly recommend and we would definitely go again! ❤ Less

We stayed at The Yard in Feb 2019 for a hen party. We couldn’t fault this amazing place and would highly recommend it for hen parties or family get togethers... It had everything you could think of and it’s open plan feel was delightful. The hot tub was fabulous with the option to open bi-folding doors bringing outside inside. All the bedrooms have en-suites and were great sizes which could not be faulted. Overall from the games room to the dining area, The Yard truly brings you all together to make some amazing memories! Beautiful building with lots of space. Spent four nights here with 12 other people and had a lovely time. Very clean and equipped with all you need. The house is very child friendly as we had a four year old with us. Both hot tubs are amazing, the weather helped us feel like we were abroad when in the outside hot tube. Less

Stayed here for a few days with family, we brought our two dogs and 5 kids, lots of things to keep everyone entertained. Beautifully kept grounds and house. Friendly staff/family who run it. We will definitely be coming back. Less
