It took some time to get hold of someone, once I did the cost was excessive, but given my suspicions of the boat's problems I went ahead with the inspection. It was comprehensive and professional. However, I was advised to have a 15 minute chat with the inspector straight away. Unfortunately this was even worse than the excessive $500+ fee because I had to keep calling for 3 days to get the inspector to have this chat with me calling each day to see why the inspector wasn't calling seeing the seller was leaving message after message. Clearly unprofessional, but Michael called & reassured me this was unusual & he would personally oversee my next boat inspection. Less
