PSA: DO NOT EVER TAKE ANYTHING TO Julian's Dry Cleaners ANY OF THE LOCATIONS!!!! My daughter had a small hole in her Northface so I took it there in APRIL TO BE PATCHED! All it required was a small patch! They sewed across the whole arm of the coat and when I told them I did not approve of that it turns out they further destroyed the coat! I requested the put a small patch as I initially requested, go back to get the coat and THIS is what they put on it! INSANE!!! I will be taking them to small claims court since Dylan Julian refused to replace my child’s coat that I paid $330 + tax for! I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I AM LIVID!!!! So to avoid being in my shoes, THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Less

I was skeptical at first just from reading the comments, I should have followed my gut instincts. Got there on Friday November 3rd around 11:15 Drove 20 mi only to be told by the black cashier no one knows how much it's going to cost just to replace the zipper on my jacket. I told her I'll go somewhere else then she followed me out of the store mumbling some words I couldn't understand I just kept walking. I wish I could give it zero stars. Less
