Awesome experience , came down with the singaballers / Diablos blancos Fc for a recovery session and had a great time with the boys! Will recommend for those post training to pop over for a quick wind down and recovery!

Went to Cold Plunge with my friends to try out sunset yoga and cold plunge! Maria was the yoga instructor who guided us through some really deep stretches amidst the chinatown/cbd evening skyline which was a sight to be behold! After which Dean guided us with the essential breathing techniques to navigate the cold plunge. Our group had great fun in exploring wellness so a big thank you to Maria and Dean and Cold Plunge!
