I plunge daily at home in NY and so was looking for a place to plunge while in Singapore for work. This is the coolest(no pun intended) plunge location I have discovered. Yadhaven the owner is welcoming, friendly and accomodating. The combination of two plunge pools at different temps plus a magnesium hot tub are amazing. The rooftop location with the views of China town and the various skyscrapers makes it worth the visit alone but the great service, chilled and relaxed and welcoming vibe just put it all over the top. The 1 degree celcius/34 degrees fahrenheit tub is pretty intense- the rubber duckies make it fun- everything makes it an easy experience for the first timer or the experienced plunger. Overall experience was excellent with the assistants there patiently guiding you throughout the entire process.First plunge is Acclimatising Plunge for 2 mins to get your body temperature ‘warmed’ up before the actual plungeSecond plunge is the real Cold Plunge for 1 min where all hell break loose. Your legs will really feel they’re like being torn apart. Overall the Plunge temperature is perfect for Singapore’s extreme humidity and heat.Nearest MRT station is Maxwell just a 6-min walk away.
