Went to Cold Plunge with my friends to try out sunset yoga and cold plunge! Maria was the yoga instructor who guided us through some really deep stretches amidst the chinatown/cbd evening skyline which was a sight to be behold! After which Dean guided us with the essential breathing techniques to navigate the cold plunge. Our group had great fun in exploring wellness so a big thank you to Maria and Dean and Cold Plunge!

I tried cold plunging for the first time thanks to Cold Plunge SG’s collab with Dopamine Movement. The cold plunge team was really friendly and provided guidance on how to use the pools. I came in not knowing what to expect, but left feeling a lot more refreshed! It was a good experience and I’ll be back!
