The atmosphere was very welcoming, and I immediately felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. The chairs you sit in for IV treatment were very comfortable and I was even offered additional pillows and a blanket and Bluetooth headphones so I could play on my phone while receiving my IV! Lucy was beyond amazing! She took the time to explain everything in great detail to me since it was my first time getting any sort of IV therapy And checked on me constantly during the process.
