The initial consultation was a relief as I didn't know where to start - they brought in some mock examples of what they could do and were responsive to my feedback and took into account some unique quirks about the actual physical space. I felt heard. Once the closet materials were ready for install - they were fast, efficient, and while I was working at home during the install, it was like they were not even here.
