They will start with a ball park design and quote based on your first phone call if you have a few basic measurements and an idea. If you like the quote, schedule a visit in your home and you can finalize your design and firm quotes. Pull the trigger when you’re ready, no high pressure sales from them. They will take your deposit and set a schedule, notify you a couple times to confirm, show up on time and be done in a couple of hours. Our overall experience was as good as it could get. I highly recommend their team.
