The pricing and contract were competitive and straight forward. The UNIT arrived right on time, Brad gave a call to let us know his ETA. Using the robotic fork lift, he was able to place the container perfectly in our tight driveway. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Units. I had already ordered a POD for my move but needed one more and thought i would try Units. My experience with Units was much better, i had a direct line to a real person, the delivery mechanisms on Units are better allowing them to deliver them into more difficult spaces, and the Unit itself was of better quality. If i had to move again, i would go Units all the way!! Also, Units rents in one-week intervals, whereas PODs is monthly, so if you need 5 weeks you end up paying 2 months rent with PODs

Great job by Units of Madison, Todd, Brett, and team! Highly recommend! We used them both for storage and moving - local and interstate. Todd is a great guy, super easy to deal with. They came thru in all the areas - communicated very well, arrived on time, and all our stuff was taken care of. Todd really helped us to make a delivery up to Northern WI that may have been a bit out of the ordinary, but he made it happen for us - thanks to Todd! Brett went above and beyond to help me which I super appreciated - nice guy, hard worker, easy to talk to. Highly recommend.Also - Unit's container is far superior to the competitor's. Their containers are much nicer and way easier to open and close. Strongly recommend using Units of Madison!

We had our garage floor done. We called Todd and he knew right away the best size storage unit. 3 days later it was in our driveway ready to use. The delivery and set up was precise and professional. He even raised our basketball hoop to angle the unit closer to our garage and make it more user friendly. The unit arrived very clean and smelling fresh.
