I got a spoof call talking about this business name bus said the location was in Virginia. So I took the liberty to call the business directly and it's in the Boston area. This gentleman was nice and professional explaining this has been happening for years people using his business name. He is a victim of India trying to scam people. It's our governments fault for allowing spoof phone numbers to reach people.

These guys are terrible. These reviews must be fake or paid for. Tim, David and myself had a very bad experience with these guys. We all sign up with them. But he's not necessarily the problem, it's the installers themselves that kept messing up and till this day we are having issues. Do not sign any agreement or approve anything until the job has been completed to satisfaction. Upper management will try to tell you to trust them sign anyways and that they promise they will take care of you. Do not listen to them instead Find ESW windows the manufacturer and work with them directly if you can because they are the guys your warranty is with. US Home improvement are just resellers avoid at all cost find another company to go with. Two people asked me for their reference my mom included I told them no, I cannot recommend this company. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your impact windows and doors.
