I won’t lie, I thought this was a scam, like most things are these days. I had NO idea I even had a tax lien. The state had been sending everything to an address I no longer lived at, and I didn’t even live in that state anymore.I called because they sent me a letter, and I was honestly pretty harsh on the phone because I thought they were trying to scam me, steal my information, or take my money.My call got transferred to Taylor L., and he went over everything with me. There was no selling or pressure at all. He just wanted to help me understand what was going on. I still didn’t completely believe it, though, and thought it could still be a scam.So I called the state tax agency that morning myself, and sure enough, the lien was real. I had no idea about it. The only reason I even knew about it was because of this company, and I’m honestly very grateful for that.I was able to take care of everything myself, and they didn’t seem to care about anything other than making sure everything was good on my end. They didn’t pressure me into using their services or anything like that.If you have an issue with a tax lien, I can honestly say that based on my experience, you can trust them.
