If I could give a higher rating, I would. The owners and all of the trainers at GSF are excellent! I've been doing PT with Karra for 2 months and am feeling so much better physically and wake up happier every day. I just started taking classes and am really enjoying them too. Everyone, including the students in the classes, are very nice and helpful (even to newbies like me). It really is true that endorfins make you happy and it shows at GSF...everyone is happy and kind (even at 5 am!).

A true treasure for Ellensburg, this is the epitome of a friendly intensity and training. Each class is crafted to different facets of your fitness goals--not just in name, but in practical application they each hit home. Couple this with an absolutely exceptional selection of trainers on rotation who each bring a distinct personality and flair to their routines--there is NO BETTER resource in the region to realize your potential. Trey, Maren, Kara, and Tatum each bring their own expertise to each experience - and while my interactions have been limited to their classes, the passion and personality they bring surely translates equally to their personal sessions.Leaving behind Ellensburg for the next adventure, amongst all of the amazing locations and people--GSF is one of those that has set the bar so high that I am skeptical of finding an equal. If you're skeptical, go, take the free class and see what they're all about. You won't be disappointed.To the staff - thank you. It's been an honor and joy training with you.

I really enjoyed training with Tatum this winter. I utilized the 3 pack deal on personal training that was offered after the new year, and despite having a good training routine at home, I learned alot with Tatum. She definitely pushed me beyond my regular comfort zone (in a good way), and taught me some different movements and techniques that I could incorporate into my workouts. She was also mindful of my weaknesses and injuries that I needed to work on or work around.

I started working with Karra in June of 2023 after recovering from my 4th shoulder surgery and finishing PT. She has been great! She takes my limitations into consideration and modifies the exercises accordingly. I am over 50 and had relatively low expectations for how much my fitness and body composition could change at this stage and I am very happy to have been proved wrong in those assumptions. Knowing someone is expecting you to show up at a specified date/time and having that accountability has been essential in helping me meet my goals. I highly recommend GSF and Karra in particular.

I have been working out at GSF with Kara as my personal trainer for about 3 months. Kara spent the time to learn my fitness goals, my concerns, and past injuries. She strives to work varying exercises into my workouts to keep things from getting routine, but also checks with me to prevent injury. Not only does she provide great workouts she takes time to monitor my progress and to provide accountability and motivation. Highly recommend both GSF and Kara!

Great place to workout. I started in June with my mom and we both really like it. Very encouraging coaches and they do a great job pivoting to make exercises harder or easier depending on your level/abilities and keep an eye on your form. I restarted working out after long hiatus in COVID and having a baby and happy to have more strength and flexibility back.

The staff at Garage Studio Fitness have been amazing and I’m beyond grateful for them. They’re incredibly supportive, encouraging, and create an environment of inclusiveness. They have generously modified workouts when I needed and pushed me when I could do more. The members are welcoming, up beat, and fun to work alongside.

UPDATE - what can I say! 15 months in, I truly enjoy going to the studio; which I am doing 4–6 times a week. My weight has remained constant but my body composition has changed dramatically. I look in the mirror now and I'm very pleased with what I see. I can't say nough good things about the trainers, and my personal coach Dalton @GSF! The owners are very involved with their clients. Even to the fact of asking, what sort of upgrades they would like to see in the studio, which they continue to do. I am so happy that I found GSF!As one of the founding members, I joined Garage Studio Fitness in April 2022. With the exception of a two week vacation, I have had 1-2 personal fitness training sessions; in addition to 2–3 fitness classes weekly. My personal fitness coach, Dalton Keene - has been inspirational, educational and encouraging the entire time! I have had several fitness classes with Emma Keene, as well as their coaches Kaylin and Meghan. I have lost 3.2% body fat and increased muscle mass 3.3% in the past three months😀 I cannot recommend garage fitness studio highly enough!!
