About 8 weeks ago, I experienced "frozen" shoulder. I contacted Dr. Elmore about helping me. The first week I visited, I had to hold my arm close as I had no mobility in any direction. I could not move my arm from my side, out in front of me, or in a circle. He did some initial adjusting, but was very conservative in his approach to treatment to prevent further pain. Over the next few weeks, I came into the office twice a week for adjustments to my left shoulder blade and left arm. My mobility gradually returned, so I was able to drop to visiting one time a week. I have seen great improvement during this time. I have a much higher range of motion and have been able to complete tasks such as drying my hair or flossing my teeth. As of this week, I have returned to swinging a golf club. I would highly recommend Dr. Elmore for adjustments to extremities. Many chiropractors do not deal with this which is unfortunate because patients could receive relief and mobility. Less

I have been going to Dr Elmore for years now and this has been a great experience every time. I have had back issues for years and going here has really helped me manage the and alleviate some of the pain. He takes xrays to make sure he is up to date on your health concerns to make sure he knows the proper way to help you. I had an emergency room visit due to some random stomach pain I was having, after many tests and baffling the ER doctor I was sent home with no answers.
