He is incredibly empathetic, patient, and dedicated to his work. He took the time to explain all the after-treatment instructions clearly and made sure I understood how to manage the pain and take care of myself during the healing process. The staff is very friendly in the back room. Receptionists is more involved in other things felt ignored and overlooked. I was there for two fillings fantastic job but nearly 4 1/2 hours wow! Maybe under staffing issues or just taking their time on other patients. I’m ok with the dentist appointment doesn’t bother me. I would think someone who isn’t so comfortable would have an extremely difficult time waiting on what’s next. The goofing off while working is a tiny bit of concern. Just hoping they take every patient serious. I know the staff is young and energetic I absolutely have no issues with that. Moral is everything in a workplace and it seems to be great! I’ll be back just hope it doesn’t take so long next time. Very clean!

Dr. Kim was so sweet. Understand that I have limited funds and want to keep my teeth and keep them in the best shape. Deep cleaned one section, painless. Had 7 small fillings to fill in some gaps, ALL IN ONE DAY (which made me very happy). Reasonable rates. Novocain wore off quickly. Just so accommodating and understanding!! Recommend to everyone

Had appointment at 12 for a simple cleaning. Got the cleaning but then had to wait till after hygienist got back from lunch break till she was seen again by doc. A simple 30 min appointment ended up taking almost 2hrs.. staff was great but wait time was a little much..

I moved here recently, and didn't have a dentist when a filling came out. I found Secure Dental, and am so happy! First, I was able to make my appointment very quickly, in just a few days. Everyone there was very kind and friendly. I got in very promptly, and to my great surprise and delight, the dentist (wish I could remember her name) filled my cavity during my appointment! Best yet, I'm normally very difficult to numb, but she did an excellent job, and I didn't feel a thing! They also did a full cleaning, and it was wonderful to get everything done in one visit. I already recommended them to a friend!
