First time using Wayne’s after becoming disillusioned (disheartened?!) with local dealership. I dealt primarily with Shailey and Steven, both helpful, professional and responsive. In fact, that has been my experience with everyone there. There was no trying to upsell and felt there was integrity in the way they did business with me. I would (and have :) recommend them.

Took one of our work trucks there it had a problem that nobody else could fix. Not only did they tow it for us but they worked on it found the problem replaced our starter because the starter motor that I'd already gotten replaced got burned up because a compressor unit the AC compressor was seized and they replaced the AC compressor the serpentine belt and checked our tensioner and replace the starter and check the battery charge and towed it for a very reasonable price so I'm very grateful to these guys and I'll definitely bring our company trucks there and our personal vehicles again. They treated me and my guys like family and I definitely trust them.

These guys are absolutely THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced at any garage! Angel (I think that's his name) repaired my issue faster than the coffee maker could make coffee! The girl (I forgot her name too, shame on me) that logged me in is amazing, you really need to make sure you keep her as her CS is what really stands out. Talking with both of them showed that they are extremely knowledgeable. I strongly recommend you bring your vehicle issues here every time.Initial quote to replace 1 headlight >$500.00! Actual cost, <$200.00. NICE!
