I personally used this member business who I HIGHLY recommend. I was looking to replace all the blinds in my home & from the initial phone call, I could not have been treated better. Ben my salesman began my journey - he was informative, listened to my needs & guided me as I made my decision. Once made my next interaction was with the owner Jason who came by just to make sure the measurements were correct. I was communicated with every step of the way and the wait time was less than expected. Once the order came in, then came Jon for the install. Quick, professional & efficient went the install, but what also spoke to my heart was how Jon took the time to make friends with my pet Chase. I could not have had a better experience and am so thrilled with my blinds I would not hesitate to recommend Made In the Shade!!
