Group classes have worked exceptionally well for me. I have even used some of the exercises in my normal day to day life. My favourite classes are yoga, Zumba, cardio kickboxing and bootcamps. One of the main reasons I am with Will2Well is that everyone works at their own pace while supervised by an expert! I recommend everyone to join.
