UPDATE: I had multiple issues with my install that are not the norm with this company as they came highly recommended. And because it was booked through my wife my complaints never made it to the right people. However I left a bad review on here that made it to the owner and they took it quite seriously. After one call he had a team out here to fix the issues in less than a week. One part has to be ordered but they really came through. I don’t feel justified having anything lower than 4*. Had I been lucky enough to have the experience that most customers get it would have been 5* all the way but I am very glad they reached out to correct my concerns. Everyone can have a bad day but it means a lot when a company stands behind their work and makes sure they get it right. I would recommend. There’s a reason they are almost completely 5* reviews.They fixed my floor, moved my shelf, and are replacing the damaged cabinet. They're reasonably priced, excellent customer service and the final product looks better than what we envisioned! I highly reccomend them. The team at Organized Garage Solutions is terrific. We just built a new home and it’s hard to find vendors of this quality. They are prompt, flexible, exceedingly knowledgeable and super professional. They did an awesome job with our shelving, overhead racks and this weekend, a gorgeous new garage floor.
