UPDATE: I saw the review from the company and I’m not surprised they try to say I’m confused. The project was run under my wife’s name, in Seal Beach end of April/early May timeframe. I clicked the link you emailed her that she sent to me because I was the one home dealing with your employees. Added a pic of the email you sent us for your reference, in case you think I’m still mistaken. I wanted to love this business. And honestly my garage looks much better, but for the cost I expected way more from their team. We used them because a friend of ours did and loved their garage. So we made a call and had one of their design professionals come measure. She seemed super easy to work with and very helpful. (I have one complaint I’ll save for later as I didn’t know this was an issue until after install) On the first day they put in an epoxy floor. And it looked good. The following day they were supposed to do the cabinet install. But when I looked at the floor there were multiple mistakes where the flecks didn’t have enough epoxy and there were holes. The company said they could still do the install of the cabinets and fix the floor the following day. So I let them. At the end of the cabinet install, the guy was ready to leave… I had to go get the plans to prove he was missing an entire cabinet, and he hung things in the wrong spot. Additionally there were like 7 shelves missing, and one foot. Even worse instead of using a stud finder he just drilled holes in a line all down the wall (below where the cabinets so even after the install it showed). I had to call and complain and they said they had to order the other cabinet again but would rush it and come back in like a week to fix everything. They came to “fix” the floor. There were problems with the finish you could see a mile away. They should have redone the entire floor but didn’t want to own up to their mistake and take responsibility for the workmanship. Then when I complained again they sent yet a third guy that got it close. Or as close as you can without redoing the entire project. The other shelves eventually got put in and they moved them where they were in the drawing and installed the shelf on the other side of the garage. Then after everything was done I started to pack my things on to the shelves. Here’s what I found… the A hole that first installed my shelves and didn’t even tell me things were missing until I pointed them out installed them with broken wood. The tops of the shelves (which you can’t see unless you are on a ladder looking down on them) were cracked so he flipped the board so you couldn’t see it and installed anyways!! And one major design flaw… the shelf that was on the adjacent wall (and should have been the easiest). I had the design specialist measure the boxes I intended to put on that shelf. They were right at 2ft tall. So she designed the shelf 2ft from the ceiling which makes it almost impossible to get them in and out. Common sense says to leave some space and I didn’t catch her mistake in the drawings so that’s what I’m stuck with. If I had gotten a major discount for my troubles, or if the business had acted like they cared, I probably would be kinder… but I paid over $13k for a completely Sh:t experience. And now I have marks on my new floor, holes all over the walls that I had to go back and patch and paint, cracked wood shelves and a large hole in my bank account. There have to be better places to order from. They did outstanding on my friends place but completely screwed mine up (some of it on purpose) and with no remorse or understanding. Would not ever use again. Probably should have sued. Less

Overall, OGS did an excellent job of installing our storage system to our liking. The design process was not quite as smooth as promised and took some e-mail wrangling and then an additional in-person consultation, but we are happy with the final product!

We've had a great experience with Ren and Varand and the install teams from Organized Garage Solutions on two projects now. We learned about them by seeing their truck at a neighbor's house. We had them design and install storage cabinetry and a workbench and shelves. The quality of the products installed is excellent. We had one hiccup during installation where part of our foundation wall was going to interfere with using drawers in 2 cabinets. They quickly rectified the design change and came back relatively quickly to install cabinet doors instead. We've also had them back to modify and reinstall shelf that ended up in the way of new electrical work we had to do, and again to add a another bank of tall cabinets because the first ones worked out so well. Communication for every visit has been really good and the design approval and invoicing is all done online. Is it cheap? no. very much no. But it's rock solid stuff that seems like it's going to last a long time. The product lead times were not terrible, even during all the pandemic remodeling everyone was doing. The dreaded "supply chain" issues many industries are having didn't seem to slow them down too much. Ren and Varand were great to work with and were always very responsive. After using this company to install garage cabinets, I called them to install garage flooring. Both great experiences with a solid customer service.

I had them do my garage floor with an epoxy coating. It looked great for about 2 years now it’s chipping up in multiple places. They’ve come out and repaired twice but more and more new spots keep cracking and chipping away in 3-10 inch pieces. Now I have about 10-15 new fixed spots that don’t match the original coat. Pretty unsatisfied with the quality
