I have been working out for a few years now and I can honestly say, this is my most favorite gym ever. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about May River Fitness. The coaches are simply fantastic and lead by example. They will work with you regardless of your age, fitness level or limitations (they will also work with you if you are a super athlete)! They are so supportive and encouraging, they truly want you to not only meet your goals but exceed them. Please do not feel intimidated to start your CrossFit journey because at this gym you will feel like you have a whole family cheering you on to be the very best, strongest, fittest version of yourself. I can tell you personally, at 65 I am in the best shape of my life! I LOVE this gym, the coaches and all the members. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose but a lot to gain!

This place is the best! The coach coaching staff goes above and beyond every class. From beginner to games athletes, I would recommend this to anybody. All positive vibes from all members, all ages and all abilities.

Visiting from out of town and was introduced to this studio by a local family member. Instantly welcomed by our coach, the other members and one of the owner! Coach gave great instructions and modified the exercises for every skill level without even asking. Loved the music playlist too!

Amazing gym and coaches. There’s no judgement or ego with anyone and I felt nothing but encouragement and support as I started my goal to get back in shape in my late 40’s.

This place is great! It's a family friendly atmosphere that you don't find at many places. David and Eva care for every person like their own family! I would highly recommend if you are looking to get fit, find new friends, or hang out with some old friends. Give David a call!
