The website states "Our dedicated team of experienced therapists who combines proven techniques with a deep understanding of pain dynamics to create personalized pain management strategies" consists of him pressing on the affected area really hard with warm oil then putting a TENS unit on you. It provided some temporary relief for a couple of hours but no lasting changes. The esthetician who did dermaplane on me was sweet and was very professional. Another time, I received a regular massage from a young man and he did a terrible job and smelled terrible. So bad, it was very distracting. I told Diego and he didn't do anything or seem concerned. After that, I never went back. I lost alot of money and that was on me for falling for the whole thing. I would not recommend if you want effective massages or have serious chronic pain. The service was okay but i did not enjoy being hassled to sign up for a package each time i went. My time was cut short twice so the therapist could take me into the consult room to discuss packages although i told them ahead of time I just want a single massage. The past couple of years I've started having other issues( piriformis syndrome) so that began to limit my ability to do anything without being tormented by pain for days. I was getting pretty frustrated and angry because of constant pain. I decided to come here for free consultation. I spoke with Diego and felt like I needed to give this a try, nothing else seemed to work. I bought a package because I knew I'd need many visits. I'm so glad and Thankful that I did!! Hallelujah, I've had 8 sessions so far and have experienced pain free days! I'm out walking at the park now and the pain from the piriformis syndrome is almost completely gone! When I learned of all their services i desperately wanted to bring my husband. Diego gave me a gift certificate for him to try therapeutic services. My husband was negative about it already discarding any benefit from it. After that initial invite he attended, he was impressed with the passion and dedication Diego and Alan performed on his back. He felt instant relief with the techniques used on him. He decided to take Diego's advice and continue with the therapeutic pain management services ProHealth renders. He is more relaxed, not as sensitive to the touch, and he has become a tad bit more outgoing and positive. Pain is difficult to treat. 5 STARS I have to share what an IMPACT that Diego, Nadia and everyone at ProHealth has made in my life -and my family’s lives. I was given some gift certificates to ProHealth a few years ago. I did not know what services they provide so I made an appointment for a facial. Once I saw the list of everything that they do (and they work on everything!), I saw they work on ankles. I had been suffering with Achilles tendinitis for several months and could not walk normally. Halfway through the first treatment Diego had me stand up and I was pain-free! Of course it took several visits, but praise God, it’s gone! Fast forward a few years to 2019: life became an emotional roller coaster for my son and me. I started going back to ProHealth because my neck and shoulder muscles were like rocks! (They are getting so much better!) then I started Life Coaching; Diego has helped me understand things that I didn’t see so I am finally able to process the upheaval we experienced last year and now we both are going regularly to get back on track! I am SO thankful for Diego’s Christian heart and his love of helping people! I also gave some visits to my cousin, who had some injuries that left her bent over and a knee that caused her great pain and would not straighten out. After her first treatment with Diego she could tell a difference! She is doing so much better! I only wish we could’ve gotten her there sooner! Mom even let Diego work on her knee! I’ve been concerned that she’s weaker since she can’t go out once a week. Even though she may not remember, if it helps her be stronger to stand and walk that’s all I need.....did I mention she’ll be 92 in a few months? 😸 I have heard comments about being “pressured” to purchase packages. I have not been pressured but yes they will offer a package, based on what you need and want. If you look at it as a whole it may seem like a lot of money but if you consider you can easily spend more than what one treatment breaks down to on going out to eat! How do you put a cost on feeling good? They have a beautiful office and trained personnel and all the other things that cost money. If people only went when we hurt, they probably couldn’t keep the doors open. With a package I will go as I NEED to, not having to worry about paying every time & you don’t need a calculator to see how much you save. You will not find anywhere else that compares to the level of care you get at ProHealth, and you’d pay a lot more somewhere else! That’s the difference with Diego, he wants to help EVERYONE without cost being a hindrance, so he makes less money to make it affordable for us regular folks. God bless you all! I joyfully give a HUGE shout-out to Diego! My knee was so inflamed (arthritis), I could barely stand and wasn’t walking with a normal gait. I kept going to the doctor for pulled muscles and vertigo and all they did was give me meds. I dont like taking meds so I went to pro health and they have given me a better pain free way of life without meds. They are the friendliest staff and most helpful.
