She just basically said oh that's not our table. Second of all their Office Manager Theresa is very rude disrespectful and attitudinal. She does not properly submit anything to your insurance company. She just calls and gives them basic info and suggests what she thinks is covered to them, then gives the patient an estimate based off of what she claimed was her prior knowledge, Instead of just submitting everything to the insurance company properly and waiting to see what is actually covered. I tried to call the office and speak to Theresa on a conference call with my insurance company, so that we can explain to her that the procedures that she claim aren't covered actually are and there is a certain way she has to submit them. She tried overtalking both me and the representative and not listening. Then she got very argumentative. I then asked to speak to the Doctor J. to try to let him know how I was being treated by his office manager and he became argumentative and rude as well. I wouldn't recommend this chiropractic office to anyone that I know and I will not give them my service. Things need to change and something needs to be done, or they're gonna lose quite a few customers and not getting any new ones. They're only about money and trying to get more out of the patient's pocket instead of properly submitting things to get it covered by your insurance. Less

Starting going to LifeSpine about six years ago with lower back problems. Dr. J helped so much. I used to walk bent over after sitting for a while. Not now. I still see Dr. J because of bone degeneration in my back but it helps so much. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Truthfully I came to LifeSpine as a last resort. I tried everything else. I am a nurse and I did not know what else to do. I was coming home after every shift in tears and barely able to move. I am 24 years old. If I wasn't stuck in bed from back and neck pain, I was stuck in bed from headaches or allergies or sometimes because I just felt like I couldn't handle any pain that day. I was depressed, and didn't know why. I tried everything to fix the pain. It started out with just taking over the counter meds and a heating pad. It progressed into going to Urgent Care to get stronger medications and put on bed rest. After that I just ignored it. For those of you who may think I am crazy, this is a common thing that nurses do. We aren't very good at being the patient. I ignored it for so long it's no wonder I got depressed. I was 24 living the life of a shut in. The pain was keeping me from living my life. I started seeing results immediately. Every week I got a little better. Dr. J assured me that even though I had some really sore days I was getting better. I am not sure if he knows it but Dr. J changed my whole life. I started enjoying going to work again, and everyone (including my patients) noticed. I was able to actually do things on my days off, and enjoy them!
