These guys were great. They communicated well and showed up on time. Before we even concluded the walk through the crew began cleaning the house out. As a property manager I would highly recommend 1st Choice. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I recently used 1st Choice to demolish part of a deck and an above ground pools removal. Sean and Eric showed up at 9 AM started on the removal. They hauled away two dumpsters of debris, returned to clean up and completed around 5. did a great job highly recommend using them
