I’ve been a member of Noble Athletics since June 2025, and have been extremely pleased with my progress since joining. Nate has tailored a fitness program that meets my needs for building strength and mobility-areas that have been severely neglected in the previous 60 or so years of my fitness routines. I like Nate’s flexibility in scheduling workouts-we normally meet 2-3 times per week, and workouts include non-traditional exercises focusing on range, mobility, stretching and strength. These workouts stress proper form over strength, to reduce the possibility of injury.It’s all about choice and commitment-if you’re ready to make them both, I highly recommend joining Nate at Noble Athletics.
