I didn’t have back problems (perhaps the usual reason people go to a chiropractor, once in pain) but felt in need of a body MOT. Went to the introductory talk which was very valuable, then had a posture analysis and x-rays. All on-site, x-ray results available immediately, and less expensive than I had imagined. My advice would be: don’t assume chiropractic treatment is only for when you are in agony with your neck or back. For me, it prevented problems developing and boosted my energy and motivation.
