Good if u like group work outs and personal training but the only thing is I wish the cancellation period was little flexible and easy on customer pockets . This place is an amazing! I sometime get intimidated by group classes but that was not the case here at all. The trainers are extremely good at what they do. They are great at helping everyone individually as well as the group as a whole. I could tell a difference in my strength after the first week! Awesome gym, awesome community. Would HIGHLY HGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a gym community. The owners John and Amanda, the entire coaching staff and the admin staff are friendly, professional, and put on some killer workouts. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. The 45 min training goes super-fast, and you really enjoy doing it.
