It’s been a year since I wrote the review below but I felt it should be updated. I needed some adjusting to my hearing aids today to accommodate my changing hearing as I age. Jessica listened to me and picked up on every nuanced issue I described. Then she went right to work to make the perfect adjustments. Her customer service couldn’t be better.“I had been very resistant to getting hearing aids, although I was long overdue. I feared the technology associated with adjusting them to be too much for me. Jessica was very sensitive to this, going at MY pace and answering MY questions as I learned. I never felt pressured to get more than I wanted or could handle. She has all the technology available, depending on how elaborate one wants to be or how much they want to spend. Jessica fitted me with just the right amount of technology for me and at a price I felt was very fair. And she is following up with me to make sure I am successful and happy using them.

I had an outstanding experience here. Amanda was welcoming and accommodating in setting up my first appointment. Jessica took plenty of time to explain the results of a hearing test I had gotten elsewhere and she was super responsive to all my concerns. I trust her recommendations and look forward to receiving further services here. They even found an insurance benefit I didn’t know I had which will reduce the cost of my hearing aids. I couldn’t be happier with this office. They are genuinely nice people!

Amanda made an easy, streamlined and pleasant experience out of the big hurdle Mom faced getting her hearing aid needs met! Mom is thrilled that Jessica came to her home to perform hearing tests and identify what type of hearing aids Mom needs! Mom is excited to know that in only two weeks she will have functional hearing aids AND a TV Streamer bringing the TV sound directly to her hearing aids!Thank you so much to Amanda and Jessica for making this process work so smoothly for Mom.Update: Mom loves her new hearing aids: "I'm really enjoying being able to watch TV using the TV streamer without disturbing anyone in the house before they wake-up!"
