As a spiritual person and doing meditation, this book is a great introduction for anyone interested in meditation. In-depth self-connection, steadiness, and peace are all benefits of grounding. The book serves as a helpful reminder of the importance and benefits of grounding meditation. I can't wait to start class and be a part of a supportive community that will help me find healing and peace.
I really enjoyed the Art Therapy session I attended. It was playful, explorative and Kanika guided us so beautifully. I was quite surprised how different and beneficially this therapy was. It truly is a life long skill so needed. Very greatful to have experienced this and hope to do it more.
A valuable experience. I will continue to use the mediative and art therapy skills I learnt in my life. Only suggestion would be to find a more open space to do the class, it was a bit squishy.
Thank you so much for creating such a wondering and inspiring space for the community. I enjoyed it a lot, how you delivered it and organized it as well..The only 2 things I would wish to have more of it would be face to face classes - not only online and more time to explore at the class so we could have more time to express what we want to draw.. I attended this workshop online and was amazing! Kanika was very sweet, friendly, intelligent and warm. She has indeed shown and guided me through a process to create a new view/relationship with my current few projects through the art and myself. I was amazed how it was done and how beautiful and interesting this process is. I felt the affect in a positive way after 2 weeks from this workshop. H... More

Kanika is a gifted teacher and guide. Her Art Therapy sessions are light, fun and playful. However, the tools she provides you with are powerful and have the ability to transform, heal and uplift the quality of your life.
I found the Art Therapy session to be quite enjoyable. It was a unique experience which involved a visualization exercise followed by the use of colors, shapes and pictures to express the visualized imagery. I found this approach to be quite intriguing and it was a good opportunity to tap into my creativity.
