I’ve been attending this gym for a while now and can honestly say it’s one of the best I’ve ever been to. This was my first time taking the strength and conditioning class, and I absolutely loved it! I’ve been looking for a way to push myself harder, and this class definitely gave me the intensity I needed. The workout was challenging in the best way, and I walked out feeling accomplished and motivated. I’ll definitely be back—this is exactly what I was looking for to take my training up a notch!

Awesome class! Very fun and well organized. Jonathan was extremely helpful and pushed us to our limits! The facility was phenomenal: great equipment, clean, & provided a nice atmosphere for all phases of the workout. Highly recommend.
