I had an extremely disappointing experience with Apex Roofing. They “fixed” my roof at an overpriced rate, and it started leaking again almost immediately afterward. Each time I called, they only patched the issue instead of actually resolving the underlying problem. This happened multiple times.Then, as soon as the warranty expired, they suddenly claimed the section needed to be replaced and wanted to charge even more money to repair what was essentially their own faulty work. It felt completely unreliable and borderline scammy.Overpriced, not trustworthy, and poor workmanship. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Apex Roofing.

A very professional and above board company. All appointment times were on time. The estimator climbed on the roof and took measurements. I had other competitors just take satelite estimates and did not give a written estimate. All the workers were hardworking and respectful. I would hire Apex Enterprise again if I am around in 30 years.

Called to get an estimate and a nice gentleman came in to look at the roof and emailed me an estimate. I received the estimate and they stated that the estimate is good for 15 days and I decided to do it so I call them and they now want an extra 4000 dollars..... I laughed and looked for someone else.... A few days later I find a better company with a better price and phenomenal service. Roof is now done all good to go.

Watch out! These people will gouge you given the chance. I called to request someone come out to straighten and firmly attach two cap tiles the had been blown askew during the last high wind event. Although the crew came out quickly and fixed the problem, Apex charged $550 for a less than a one hour job. Shameful.

We have a flat roof that is leaking in the garage and hallway. We had pooling problems too. We had four estimates from four different companies and they all ranged from VERY high too very low prices. These. Companies (per website, etc.) were all local companies. BS, two were outside Santa Clarita. The roof was only 871 sq ft. So not a big job. But, Apex come in with the right material (PTO)and a good price. They were always on time, cleaned up each day. Which made it look like they were not here after they left each day. Very polite and friendly staff. The end results were great! Added a drain in the garage and should not have any pooling from here on. We would ask Apex to come back again, and helping local businesses during this pandemic. Nice job Apex!!!

I guess there's a reason these guys have a 2 star rating. I made an appointment with them 4 days in advance, to address severe ceiling leaks in my child's bedroom. Made arrangements with work to be home that day. Appointment was for an 8-12. Get a phone call at 9am the day of, saying they don't have a repairman available.

I made an appointment a week ago to have repairs made to my roof. We scheduled a window from 8-12. At 11:30 Apex called and said their repairman could not make it. I expressed my dissapointment and explained I took half a day off from work. I got a call back 10 minutes later saying they found a different repair person and would be at my house from noon to 3. They ended up being a no-show and I took an entire day off of work for them to flake on me. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

Apex roofing they have no liability they ate RIP off We have make fix roofing put plastic on roof ,last wheek the guy said if its came off we will fix it , from wind its came off we called them , they said they will charge6for fix ? They should fix without charge, what kind of work that is came off plastic from wind ? And they took whole money first $500 then put , no deposit, half full money for plastic , cant trust on there work , its very very poorly work , I don't want give any star ,this 1 start to show how bed they ,rude. RIP off, poor work , no garrenty at all on any thing

I knew them professionally at first, but when it came time for work on my own house, they were my first call.
