A year out from knee replacement surgery, I was still not 100% recovered and was experiencing pain when participating in some of my favorite outdoor activities. Highly recommend, I'm an athlete since childhood. I feel the treatment is very professional and I have gotten great results. I'm a climber now (retired tennis player and coach) and was mainly treated for my shoulder pain which no longer limit me thanks to the treatments. 5 stars without a doubt. Rock climber here with shoulder pain and impingement after climbing hard and steep. I'm almost pain-free and feeling much stronger than before treatment. The homework exercises have been great. He narrowed in on the issue, gave me great exercises to do as “homework” and helped me along to what Incan say has been a full recovery in about 2 months. I’d highly recommend him! He is professional yet personable. He is very knowledgeable and keeps up on his continuing education so he stays on top of the best practices and methods in the PT field. He doesn’t drag out the healing process with the lame philosophy of “peeling back the layers of the onion” to get to the issue. He wants to get you better, and get you back to your activities, and way of life. He is not one of those PT guys that keeps you in his schedule book for endless appointments while draining your wallet. Admittedly some issues will take more time to heal than others, but rest assured that Isaac wants to get you better and will get you better if your honest in your feedback and if you do your “homework”. I highly recommended Isaac Halliday as an exceptional, effective physical therapist. I had excruciating back pain and could hardly walk, bend or move when I was referred to him. Because of the complexity and severity of my spinal problems, Isaac worked tirelessly with me over an 11 month period to get me moving again. I required 2-3 visits almost every week and I am now able to function almost normally, without back surgery. A week ago it started to act up again and I decided to do something about it. Isaac from Lodestar PT came to the rescue. I work a crazy schedule that involves 12hr shifts that alternate between working days and nights. Isaac was able to work with me at my home around 6:30-7:00 pm. He had me stretch and stand, he poked and prodded and came to the conclusion my SI joint was the problem. He adjusted my SI joint with a very satisfying "pop." That was the best my back and hip had felt in a long time. After the adjustment he once more had me stretch and move. He had me touch my toes and tested the strengths of different muscle groups and told me what the underlying causes were. As it turns out that earss of repetitive motion strengthened some muscles and weakened others. On top of that when I was bending I wasn't bending properly. He taught a few simple techniques to correct the problems so my SI joint will keep lose and work properly. I have a follow up appointment after work at 6:30am to get readjusted once more as I continue on my path to full recovery. So nice to have Lodestar bringing relief to the people. Less
