The installers arrived on time, were very professional and detail oriented and took their time to make sure the cover was installed correctly. The timetable that you gave was met each day and your crew was here each day when you said they would be. In today’s world that in itself is a major acomplishment. From the first time I called , Pools and Spas have exceeded my expectations. I finally bit the bullet and admitted I needed a new pool liner. The knowledgeable office staff walked me through their process and scheduled an appointment to come out and measure. Brian was very detailed in explaining the process and we placed our order. They showed up as promised each and every time and replaced our liner. Start to finish it took about it took about 2 weeks. We got a quality Loop Loc brand liner and a price that crushed the competition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience. Pools & Spas is staffed with subject matter experts- starting with the sales team and ending with the installation team. Their goal is to delight the customer and they do. After we chose a liner pattern, the Pools & Spas installation team coordinates a visit to measure the pool (to ensure an exact fit) and order the liner. Within a few weeks the installation is scheduled. Liner and pool light both replaced as contracted. Great job. No wrinkles in new liner. Grandchildren love the new, high tech LED light. They say it makes the water ‘dance’. The job foreman builds trust and quickly becomes the face of the company. They came to replace my heater and gave me an accurate estimate, showed up when scheduled and performed the work diligently making sure they left the system looking and operating flawlessly. Pools and spas was wonderful to work with from the workers in the pool everyday replacing and repairing my plaster ,plumbing lines ,concrete and equipment in 95 degree heat .To the people in the office who always found an answer for me and Susan who did everything from scheduling to financing my project and always making it easy for me to get things done. Great work and customer service. Did a complete renovation including new plaster, tile, coping and replaced all underground lines and skimmers. The work was done perfectly any touch ups were addressed quickly with no hassles. Chuck was a straight shooter from the beginning. and we couldn’t be happier with their work. We contacted Pools and Spas Services this year to have our pool pump replaced. They were prompt, professional, and reliable. They were willing to spend time answering all of our questions. We were so impressed with the quality of their service that we also replaced our pool filter and in-ground winter Loop Loc cover this summer. I switched to Manalapan Pools and Spas when I needed to have my pool re-plastered. It was done in pebble, stone, and glass. Came out beautiful! Also purchased a new pool cover. I now use them for all my service needs. They are a little pricey but worth every penny!! They are the nicest folks as well. When a family member passed away they sent me condolences. I started out just needing a pool service and maintenance. We also had our pool deck redone. This company was excellent from the girls in the office to the men who did the physical work. Everyone was here when they were supposed to be and did the most amazing job. Chuck was a pleasure to work with as well. I highly recommend Pools & Spas Services for any pool renovation/new liner as well as their weekly service. They recently replaced my liner, lines, added returns, replaced my skimmers and added a light. We couldn't have been happier with how the project went.
