Tom was very professional. He listened to my idea and I gave him a rough sketch I had drawn. He explained in detail the work involved and gave me a verbal quote. I said I could not pay any more than the quote, as it was the top of my budget. He reassured me it would be no higher and we shook hands. He is coming back next week with samples of paving and pet friendly artificial grass so I am happy with the materials before paying a deposit for work to start in October.
