Visited while on vacation and the salon was welcoming, the waiting area was nice and tidy, everyone seemed nice enough. But I would not come here for a blowout..I have pin straight Latina hair, I Asked for a 90s bouncy blowout and paid $55 for a wash n dry :) I made an appt with a level 1 stylist and when I arrived she was busy so a level 2 offered to take me in, she asked me what I was looking for, and when I told her, she sounded excited! But when it came time to style my hair she went in with a round brush and used zero tension—it felt like there was little to no intention on giving volume or movement..when she finished what was essentially just blow drying my hair, she asked for feedback and I said it was missing curl at the bottom and that maybe she could go over the ends with a 2” curler, to which she said tools would be $15 more.. as if it was my fault she didn’t use the round brush or enough product to her advantage during the blow dry…oh and she wasn’t even sure if she’d have time because she had another client after me 🥲so she went over it again with the dryer some more and I left with an expensive hair dry I could’ve done at home lol. She had me awkwardly facing another client the entire time btw so it’s not like I could tell she was just drying it straight until she was “done”. I just chalk it up to experience level of the stylist, maybe she was too young to know what a blowout looks like? Idk but it seemed like such a basic skill for a stylist of any level to have and so a little disappointing when she missed the mark. Less

The salon itself is stunning inside and staff is super accommodating! Came in for a basic haircut with Jasmine. She did amazing on my haircut and her shampoo massage was blissful! My new go to for future hair visits! Less
