I have used this Limo Service again, twice between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2023 to transport my 87 year old mother in law. John always comes through and makes sure that she gets to the Airport or safely back home. He treats her like one of his own family members. She is very comfortable with this company. The cars are very nice, they are always on time, never complained when her flight came in late and have even acted as a translator for her. Booked a ride from winter haven to Orlando airport with this company because my parents had used them a couple times and were really happy with them, and it was great! John was in contact with me a couple days before the trip to confirm things and then gave me the drivers number so I could reach out to them if needed prior to the pickup. Our driver reached out to me on the day of pickup and asked if we wanted to go a little earlier since they were already nearby, which was really nice because it helped us beat some of that typical late afternoon Orlando traffic.
