Im back again! This time my friend needed a phone and really fast! He had a budget and the phone he was looking for and we got it all within his budget! The phone is in great condition looking very nice! Im only gonna post the case cause the case is cute lol.. thanks to Vannas great customer service and product knowledge and Gerica for helping me get the phone with accessories and helping me to choose TCA as the go to place for cellphone sales, accessories, and repairs! I feel very confident in my purchase with TCA and I will be back again! My friend needs another phone! So ill be back! Thank you soo much!

Asked for a quote on repairing a cracked touch screen on my Android smartphone. Showed them that I had a replacement touchscreen part on hand. The two service reps quoted me $175 to repair. As I was leaving, I heard the lady rep make a comment to her coworker who laughed at me behind my back.

They have the best, most friendly, helpful sales associates there. When i bought my S20 ultra 5G ,the young Filipino sales associate guy is very helpful, friendly, he even recommend me what the best durable phone for my tight budget and that's why i bought the S20 Umtra 5G. They also fix broken phones if y'all have any kind of broken phones ,i recommend this place. VERY AWESOME , I RATED EM 5 STARS.

Well I called for a price check on a few things 2 different days. 1st day I was told to come into the shop to discuss. Which is completely a waste of my time for multiple reasons. 2nd day I was told yes the service I was seeking was available. That I should text this person via an app. App was either telegram or what's app. Again which is just a complete waste of time for me. What has happened to society that we can no longer call a business and get a flat answer? When did using a texting /calling app trump customer service via the phone? I just blows my mind really! And especially for a company in telecommunications! I don't know maybe I was expecting too much. I pride myself on being an informed consumer to the best of my ability. I don't always seek out the cheapest just bc it's cheap. I like to shop around. I don't feel this is a company that supports that, therefore I currently can't support them. And I still, ironically, never found out the answer to my questions. There sure is a whole lot of room for improvement in this category. I sure hope they get it figured out.

What a great crew working here! Vanna worked on replacing my battery and Angelo was also a huge help. They communicated with me for a few days, making sure I would be well taken care of upon my arrival! This is a great place to go to get your phone worked on. They're very dependable and trustworthy!
