The crew worked very hard on both pickup and delivery. In both cases they were much quicker than I expected and both crews were very friendly. His name is Joe and the company he is with his bravo, moving not trying to drag this along everything he told me was accurate he said: I will take care of you from the time we pick you up until the time we drop you off. As long as you don’t add nothing onto your inventory this is what your price is. When they came to pick me up, Brent was the foreman and the other three guys with him worked nonstop. I couldn’t ask for a better crew very professional, very courteous and hard-working. Before the move. I was very skeptical. And nervous, not knowing what to expect from the movers. UPDATE: My move was from California to New Mexico, considered a cross-country move. I have to say, even though things did go a bit sideways, Brian worked very hard to resolve the issues with me. He genuinely wanted me to be happy and have this end on a high note. We came to an amicable resolution and I feel very good that even when things go wrong, this company will work with you to resolve it. I hate leaving bad reviews but Bravo Moving was less than desirable. First, after the truck was loaded, the price of my move almost doubled, even though I had two Facetimes with their office and they knew what I was moving. The moving crews were clearly not professional movers. Most of them barely spoke English so it was hard to communicate with them. During the moveout/loading, they didn't even put blankets down until I asked them to, after they damaged my door threshold. They broke the light next to my front door trying to get a large armoire out. They seemed completely baffled that they were supposed to package a large framed photo even though I paid extra for that. They did a substandard job and the packing didn't even fully cover the back of the piece. It was completely exposed. So of course the back of the piece and a corner of the frame were damaged in transit. Upon unpacking, there were no less than 7 broken pieces. I packed my own things and did so very carefully. Every box with fragile items was labelled as such, in multiple places. Some pieces were broken so badly, the boxes must have just been tossed with no regard for what was in them. One of the movers carried a boxed lamp in to my home, upside down when the stickers clearly said "this end up". Artworks (10 boxes) that I packaged (cardboard corner protectors, bubble wrap, paper, etc.) labelled "fragile/this end up", were laid down flat, one on top of the other. I've only unpacked one piece so far and it was OK but I shudder to think what I will encounter when I unpack the rest. My computer, boxed in a sturdy computer box and labelled as well, was also laid on its side and one of the guys was about to lay another heavy box on top of it until I stopped him. When moving the large armoire into my storage unit, the guys damaged the crown at the top, taking off a chunk of wood. One of the movers said.. "oh you can just glue that back". No, you can't when the wood is splintered on one end. I spoke to Brian in the office, who was very kind and did offer me a small discount on the final payment but short of that, this is the only positive thing I can say about this company. I hired them based on mostly glowing reviews. I don't know what changed, but I would never use them again, nor sadly, would I recommend them to anyone. Less

I was having a few things moved from NJ to NC. Sanat came to pack them up in a big truck. Sanat and his crew did a fabulous job! They showed me how my things were packed in the truck. Another company took the truck and packed up another house. Sanat told the other driver not to touch my things. Sanat was the delivery driver. He got there with one other guy at 10:30 p.m. I was okay with that because they hit traffic and he was keeping me informed. Needless to say, an easy drop off became a nightmare! They had to try to find my stuff which was buried by the other company. A few things were broken. Sanat and the other guy were very professional and apologetic. It was not their fault. The owner ended up calling me and apologizing and made things right. I was happy to hear from him and glad he did the right thing for me. Less

I have only respect and praise for these two men who were considerate, polite, efficient and careful. Everything looked like it was in great condition. The payment process went just as I was told and was on spot! In fact, it was a few cents less! After unpacking all of my boxes, I was amazed to find that nothing was broken, (Not one thing) nor was anything missing. I could not have been happier. UPDATE after the move: We received our items in five days with minimal damage, which was such a delightful surprise. Two people unloaded our stuff from Astoria Vanlines, and they were amazing. I did a full service move, so they re-assembled all our furniture. I was so pleased wit their service. One of the wheels on our file cabinet came off, and we were unable to replace the wheels. But the expensive furniture arrived undamaged, which made me a happy customer. To be frank, I did experience some stress when they said there wasn't enough room on the truck and recommended that I purchase more space. We had to make decisions on the spot and prioritize in order not to purchase more space. I was so careful to take an inventory of all our stuff in order that this would not happen. When I was told there wasn't enough space, I was very angry. But I insisted on keeping the same cubic feet as per our binding contract, and Bravo Moving honored my wish. They did their best to fit everything. I ended up throwing away or leaving things I did not anticipate leaving. All this would have been much less stressful if the contractor had accurately assessed the space we would need. I don't believe this is Bravo Moving's fault, but I read about these complaints often from customers, so this must be handled better. Even still, I am very satisfied with Bravo Moving's price, service, delivery date, and minimal damage in the process. _________________________________________________________ Bravo moving arrived on time and packed all our stuff so quickly and efficiently. The movers were kind and patient and understanding with us. They disassembled our furniture very quickly and fit everything. Overall, my experience with Bravo was very positive. They moved our stuff from a storage unit in Portland, OR to our new home in San Francisco. I got several quotes and Bravo's was the lowest. The whole scheduling process was easy (shout out to Jennifer!) and they showed up 1 day after the earliest delivery date. The driver, Daniel, was super friendly and the team worked fast to move our stuff into the garage. Overall is was a great experience, but there are a few things that could be improved: 1. They accept debit for the initial deposit, but you have to pay the remaining balance via cash or postal money order when the truck arrives. They say you can pay via zelle, but it didn't work for me (their profile was flagged by zelle, so no transactions would go through). Not a huge deal, but I would recommend planning on cash / money order since zelle may not work. 2. They asked me to write a google review after they were done moving and to fill it out with them watching. I get that reviews are important, but I felt pressured to leave a 5 star review and only say positive things. I edited this review after the fact to be 4 stars and include more detail, which more accurately reflects how I feel. 3. Most of our items arrived in good condition, but there were a few broken items and the stuff looked pretty loose in the back of the truck (note: we packed everything ourselves). I would recommend packing your stuff with plenty of padding and assuming it will move around and tip over during the drive. Less
