Jake's Complete Pool Care is the needle in the hay stack! Since our first meeting Jack's has been on time and very professional. Our Technician Jimmy can only be described as THE BEST! Jimmy is always pleasant, efficient, and through. At our last service I mentioned out waterfalls wern't working as well as before. Jimmy said I will look at it. The next think I saw was Jimmy running back to his truck and bringing additional equipment. When he left, the waterfalls are working as good as new. There was never a question or excuse from Jimmy. He is like that any time we ask a question. He just gets it done no questions or excuses. He is always very respectful and pleasant. We very much appreciat having such a responsible and caplable individule working with us.

My previous pool company never showed up, it’s nice that jake offers email reports with pictures after each visit so I know exactly when he was here and what was done!!
