Dr. Deng is super nice and kind. She even calls me after hours to inform me about dose adjustments of my medicine. She also helped me to overcome the fear of the ultrasound exam (It took me a long time to learn to relax my anus). We tried multiple times and she didn’t do it in a rush. I honestly thought my procedure would be blocked due to my anxiety and fear of the ultrasound. But Dr. Deng really supported me during this process.She also explained things so well. About egg retrieval, pregnancy, finding a sperm donor and caring for my body as a woman in general. Dr. Deng is such a good doctor and person.I feel lucky to be her patient. It was when I was working on some insurance documents, I happened to look up Dr. Deng’s detailed profile and found that she went to Stanford and Yale medical school!And the billing office staff Kelly has been relentlessly helping me to fix a mistake my insurance company made. I can’t thank Kelly too much for helping me on this. Kelly’s help is not in her scope of responsibility and it was because of her collaboration with me and my insurance company on the claim, I am able to get full reimbursement from my employer. It’s a long process but it will in the end be resolved thanks to Kelly.

No matter how many questions or concerns I had, the team always made an effort to respond in a timely manner and make me feel supported throughout the process. Dr. Deng is incredibly knowledgeable and truly knows what she is doing. One thing I appreciated most was how she personalized my treatment plan by adjusting medications and care based on my specific needs, body, and lifestyle instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach.The journey itself was not easy. I went through two rounds of medication, and emotionally and physically it was very challenging. We lost three large mature eggs, which was heartbreaking, but Dr. Deng was still able to retrieve 12 medium eggs. In the end, only three eggs became embryos. We moved forward with one insemination using the best-graded embryo, holding onto hope and praying for a miracle.A year later, that miracle arrived. Today, I am holding my beautiful 7-week-old baby boy and celebrating my very first Mother’s Day in 2026.I truly cannot thank Dr. Deng and her incredible staff enough for helping make our dream come true. They gave us hope when we were close to losing it, and because of them, we are finally parents. I started working with Jie & her team in April 2025. At first I tried IUI with no success and I decided I should try IVF after having a few miscarriages (which they were there for me for to ensure I was ok). I am so glad that I chose them to assist me with the IVF process. Jie and her entire team, including the medical assistants are very knowledgeable, kind and they feel like a part of my extended family. I was successful with my second IVF transfer and am currently 8 weeks pregnant with my miracle baby thanks to all of their help. I would not have this blessing without them and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you Jie, Tosha, Ally, and all the medical assistants that I got to know over the past year. I love you guys!! Dr Deng and the care team in Think Fertility is wonderful. Decided to do IVF last December and had a great experience with them. We retrieved 2 normal embryos and are now in the storage. The process was smooth and every procedure was well explained with realistic expectations. My thyoid medication was addressed which i really appreciate. Dr Deng modify the stims meds prior to egg retrieval to have a chance in good embryos. She tailored the process based on every clients situation and will not force you to jump into a decision without really understanding it. Overall we are happy with their services and care. Definitely will recommend for someone looking at IVF with great care and reasonable price.

Ally has been incredibly responsive and thorough, following up consistently, checking in often, and making sure I don’t miss anything. Dr. Deng has also been attentive and clear, and I’ve felt genuinely cared for rather than rushed through the process.Even though we are no longer actively pursuing fertility treatment, the team has continued to guide us with recommended tests and next steps, which has been reassuring during early pregnancy. Dr. Deng and her team are incredible - compassionate, kind and always treated my husband and me with utmost respect. Her care is personalized and we never felt like we were just being given a standard protocol. She was always patient with our questions and took time to answer each one thoroughly.Dr. Tosha Shah (another doctor at Think Fertility) was at most of my appointments and was my primary point of contact at the clinic. She answered every question in detail and always took time to explain every aspect of the visit, ultrasound or procedure being planned. She was always prompt to reply via the portal, even on weekends.My care felt personalized and I always left the clinic feeling positive. The nursing staff are also really kind and friendly. They always asked me about my day and were always positive and encouraging.Scheduling appointments is easy due to a very competent front desk. Even the billing department is exceptional, they helped us figure out our fertility insurance with utmost patience.Dr. Deng and her team create an atmosphere of hope and positivity - 2 things desperately needed in this journey.
