I got very I’ll from a Mexico trip and unfortunately threw up all over my mattress. So the next morning my wife and father in law went to find a new one and ended up talking with John. I was still too sick to go. They picked out a mattress and then went and picked it up from the warehouse since we were currently without a usable mattress. Unfortunately, when we got the new mattress set up, I absolutely hated it. I tried so hard to deal with it, but I couldn’t sleep on it for one more night. It was too firm for me. So once I started feeling better we went in and talked to John and told him my concerns. He was very kind and understanding, and said that sometimes this happens when people aren’t able to try them out. So he then had me lay on every mattress in the store to find one that felt right. Sure enough, I quickly learned I am NOT a fan of temperpedic. I needed a good old fashioned pillow top mattress. Once I found the one I liked, I paid the difference and they put it on the truck for delivery the next day. I’m very happy with how the process was handled. Mattresses are not cheap, and John made sure I got the one I was happy with. I look forward to using this mattress for many years to come. My wife also paid extra for a spill proof cover, which is a very smart choice for obvious reasons. ;) Less

Trent was great and allowed us to browse without pressure. We decided on a mattress that was similar to what we have had and loved. Didn’t try to up sell to a more expensive model. There was some confusion with delivery but Trent called and apologized for the issue and delivery is scheduled for the next day. Will definitely return to this company for future mattress needs

He stayed after hours to let my wife and I try each mattress multiple times with no pressure. He looked up the sale prices and availability for each of the mattresses we were considering.
