I had a really great experience at VS Dental on Victoria Park! I went there for a regular dental checkup and cleaning, and I was very impressed with the whole experience. Everyone at the clinic was so friendly, welcoming, and respectful, which made me feel very comfortable.The staff explained everything clearly, took their time, and provided excellent service. The cleaning was done very carefully, and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. You can really tell that they care about their patients and want them to have a good experience.I’m very happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming back for my future dental appointments. I was having severe tooth pain after another dental office messed up my tooth, so I called this clinic hoping they could accommodate me for an emergency appointment. They told me they were fully booked but would still do their best to fit me in—and they did!Dr. Anahita helped me with my tooth pain, and she was so gentle and patient. As someone who gets very anxious about dental appointments, she made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and in a way that I could easily understand, so I knew exactly what was going on with my tooth.The front desk staff were also wonderful—very helpful, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do.I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dental clinic. If you are considering having your wisdom teeth removed, do not even set foot in this clinic. If Google allowed a rating below one star, I would choose it.The staff are extremely unprofessional and inexperienced. First, you are made to wait at least an hour for your scheduled appointment. Then, incredibly, they tell you only 15 minutes before the appointment that your appointment has been cancelled. What is even more frustrating is that they show absolutely no sense of responsibility or remorse about it.Most importantly, when it comes to wisdom tooth extraction, the dentist is extremely inexperienced and inadequate. We ended up with an infection and went through some very serious risks and complications as a result.I absolutely, without any hesitation, do NOT recommend this clinic. Stay away!In the end, we changed both the clinic and our dentist, and only then did we truly understand the obvious difference in the quality of care and professionalism.
