Really high quality places, came here for a regular cleaning and within 30 minutes, I was already in the dentist room, low wait time and great dentists who really care about you!

My overall experience with VS Dental is always a pleasant one. The staff is welcoming, corteous and professional. I highly recommend this newly built neighborhood clinic.

Location wise, this clinic is very accessible for me and my kids making it easy for us to visit anytime we need to. The staff are accommodating and very patient with all my questions and clarifications. I am impressed with the whole cleaning and filling process as it was quick and thorough.

Adminstrative nightmare. Constant calls and texts to book appointments. They will a leave message and change your appointment without your confirmation. They don't respect your time and schedule. Imagine having an appointment booked months in advance just for it to have it moved because someone's on vacation.

To know why please read the below, I started my visits to VS dental in December last year and on my first visit I was told that I will have to work on filling 6 teeth which we were going to do over a course of 3 months. On my first visit I met Dr. Panchal and he was done within 20 mins max I was very surprised on how can someone be that quick but he did an amazing job in filling 2 teeth. I had little insurance so I told them I will come back in January when insurance renews. As usual I delayed my visit in January and then I got a call in April. I thought they are calling me to work on the remaining 4 teeth which I was waiting on insurance to renew. After getting in I was told I was there primarily for cleaning and they had no clue that I had a pending treatment. Fair enough I meet a new doctor Dr Deepika who is adamant she wants me to do cleaning first and then she will looking into the fillings. The receptionist told me we will give you a discount. I agreed. After cleaning I again met Dr Deepika, you know sometimes you get a feeling of just walking out because something doesn’t feel right I had that feeling that day. I even asked about Dr Panchal but he was not available. I someone convinced myself and sat for the treatment and that was the worst things I did. We go to a dentist to clean the cavity, mend or repair the teeth but here it was totally opposite. The tooth that Dr Deepika worked on I started facing issues. Doctors usually tell you that there maybe a little discomfort or it might be sensitive for a while but this particular tooth became sensitive for life. I was not able to eat a peanut or for that matter even chips like lays from my left side. I went to Dr Panchal told him the issue and I had a vacation planned so Dr Panchal told me he will remove the filling and fill the tooth with some medicine and then I cannot even eat anything from that side so he told me to take my vacation and come back and he will fix it. Imagine taking a vacation with a sensitive tooth because of someone did not do their work properly. Ok fast forward I am back on a Saturday from vacation at 12 in the afternoon at 2 I am at the clinic because I was so desperate to get back my tooth. Dr Panchal removed the filling again filled the tooth with medicine and asked me to come back after 2 weeks. Now when I went back He told me if your tooth is sensitive we will have to do root canal now I have already exhausted my insurance plus my spouses insurance and now on top of that they want me to get a root canal. My fault? I went to a different doctor. Today it’s exactly 2 weeks and I am very disappointed with VS dental that they screwed my tooth and I am not able to eat anything from my left side and did I tell you I have 2 bridges on my right side because of which I cannot put pressure as the tooth is ceramic. I wish I had not responded to their call when they called for a follow up or maybe the moment I saw the other doctor maybe just had left the clinic. A decayed tooth is better than a sensitive tooth I feel helpless now. Rest all the teeth were excellently worked on Dr Panchal kudos to you. Less

I am very unhappy with this appointment. After the cleaning particles were coming out of my teeth when I was flossing at home. The paste which was put on my teeth was not washed out properly. I could taste it in my mouth for next 30 mins and it was so bad. Staff is too nice but that does not compensate for the unsatisfactory service which was provided.

It immediately felt kind of loose, but it had been a while since I had one so I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it. Within 3 weeks it has now detached from one side. I need it fixed ASAP and told them that. They instructed me to come in today at 2 and when I arrived I was told there was no one to do it for me and I needed to go to their other location at 6pm or this one at 3:30pm. tomorrow which also does not work. If you cannot do the work, tell me so I do not waste my time. Now I need to find someone else and pay even more money for this retainer because of scheduling incompetence. Less

To describe the experience in a single word, Excellent!!! Dr Vinay Panchal removed my lower wisdom tooth in a jiffy. It was a very smooth and relaxed appointment. His assistant was also very sweet and helpful. Overall i had an amazing experience! Highly recommend him. Excellent care assured.
