When I arrived for the mold, I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment, I have a very tight schedule as I need to pick up my kids from school. When the retainer came, I went in and had it put on. It immediately felt kind of loose, but it had been a while since I had one so I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it. Within 3 weeks it has now detached from one side. I need it fixed ASAP and told them that. They instructed me to come in today at 2 and when I arrived I was told there was no one to do it for me and I needed to go to their other location at 6pm or this one at 3:30pm. tomorrow which also does not work. If you cannot do the work, tell me so I do not waste my time. Now I need to find someone else and pay even more money for this retainer because of scheduling incompetence. Less

To describe the experience in a single word, Excellent!!! Dr Vinay Panchal removed my lower wisdom tooth in a jiffy. It was a very smooth and relaxed appointment. His assistant was also very sweet and helpful. Overall i had an amazing experience! Highly recommend him. Excellent care assured.

All my family comes here with Dr Panchal and he’s just been great with us. Best dental service we’ve had. My dad and I had teeth extractions with Dr Panchal and he makes it look easy and you can tell he knows his stuff. The staff there is pretty nice and polite too, 10/10.
