Our office purchased 6 kiosks for ipads several years ago. They have worked very well for us. Recently, 4 of out iPads batteries overheated and popped open the iPads because someone in our office replaced the cables with generic cables (not Ledabour's fault!). I contacted Ledabour and they offered to set 6 sets of new cables at no charge so that we could be sure we were using the proper cables for a 6 kiosks -- mind you, this was at least 3-4 years after our initial purchase! I have only recently had to replace one of the four card readers which eventually wore out. I think they are a good company to work with and I would recommend them. We have the K7 enclosures with credit card swipes in white. My only wish is that the card holder had some signage or was otherwise more noticeable for patients to see. We had to stop using the card holder because our patients literally could not find it! Not sure how Ledabour could improve that since the card holder needs to be located so the iPad camera can snap a picture, and that means it needs to be behind the iPad where it is not visible. Less
