Mr Palmer had great customer service made me feel really at ease. Professional in all facets! He was like a surgeon on my hvac and water heater as he diagnosed the problem he provided video! The fact that I had just got in from work and tired Mr Palmer said I located the issue I will be back shortly with the part made me the happiest customer I guess I am used to being the one to retrieve the part and reschedule another time to have work done! What a relief! I will def call him to do my cooling system! !
