Best fitness decision I've made. Brandon, the owner, has built a great gym and culture at CrossFit Dynamo. The coaches — Dawn, Neil, Drew, Nicole, and Brandon — give real personal attention and push me through every workout. The workouts are always different so I never get bored, and the community keeps me accountable in a way a regular gym never did. Almost a year in and I'm stronger, leaner, and genuinely look forward to working out. Highly recommend CrossFit Dynamo if you're ready to put in the work.

After qualifying for the CrossFit Open Semifinals, I had to find a gym that had all the necessary equipment and judges required for the competition. I was told no again and again, that is, until I met the owner of CrossFit Dynamo, Brandon Wallin. Not only did he allow me access to his gym, he went above and beyond in helping me. He provided the facilities and judges I needed. But more than that, he and his staff was unbelievably welcoming. He introduced me to other athletes, coaches, and staff members. I was utterly blow away by his hospitality and kindness. I cannot fully express my appreciation for my entire experience at CrossFit Dymano. CrossFit Dynamo embodies all that is great about CrossFit: challenging workouts, outstanding customer service, excellent coaching, and a supportive community. My only regret is that I live too far from Dynamo to train there consistently. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Brandon and everyone at CrossFit Dynamo for an outstanding experience.

December 2024, I’d never heard of CrossFit. I walked into Dynamo on a random day not knowing what I was getting in to. The Coaches never made me feel dumb for not knowing what that word meant. When I decided it was time to get back in shape, I was looking for was three things:1) The gym had to be conveniently located.2) I wanted to show up and have someone else tell me what to do to.3) Secretly, I wanted to find the right group of people for me.If it was in an obnoxious location, I wouldn’t have come. If I had to figure out my own workouts, I would have gotten bored/overwhelmed. And if I had to do it alone, it wouldn’t have been sustainable long term.Now I know what CrossFit means. And all three of my requirements have been fulfilled. If you have even one of those thoughts in common with me, then I’ll see you at 6:00am. It’s worth it.Thank you Dynamo for inspiring me to reach for dreams I thought were long dead years ago.

Before joining CrossFit Dynamo I would constantly go to the gym daily following a routine. While progress was made I never truly had friends to enjoy that process with and learn from. CrossFit Dynamo truly has been such a welcoming community and it’s made me fall in love with the process of growing not only physically but mentally. Having friends to grow alongside and cheer on makes such a difference. All of the trainers are so understanding of any fitness level. I have only been here for a year and have so much more to learn and they make it such a great environment for people with any goal. Not only have I noticed immense changes in my own fitness levels but countless other members.Not only are all of the trainers and members so supportive but the owner Brandon is the perfect face of Dynamo. His energy and professionalism truly have made the space and community grow. In my one year here he has made huge efforts to improve the equipment quality as well. I started Crossfit totally skeptical that I would enjoy or even fit in since I’m not the athletic, weight lifter type. I was so nervous to even go to a class; however, the owner Brandon was amazing.
