Exceptional service from start to finish!I had a really positive experience with Mastercraft Motors after my car was side-swiped and had damage along the entire length. From the beginning, their team made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. They were consistently attentive and responsive, and they took the time to explain what was happening at each step. I especially appreciated that they coordinated directly with AAA when the repair costs exceeded the initial estimate—it saved me from having to manage that back-and-forth myself. They also went above and beyond in small but meaningful ways. After I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride to the rental car company, which made logistics much easier. And when I came back to pick up my car, they even helped fix a ding in the rental car windshield, which I hadn’t expected at all. Most importantly, my car looks excellent. The damage was extensive, and they restored it beautifully. If you’re looking for a shop that is professional, communicative, and genuinely supportive (and not at all intimidating), I would strongly recommend Mastercraft Motors.

I brought my car in because I needed a part welded. I had taken it to another shop and they were very unhelpful. Master craft motors checked it out and was happy to do the work. I was expecting a bill of around $1,200-$,1500 but they only charged me $925. The repairs weren’t going to be completed before the weekend so Mario called me and offered me a loaner car so I could get to work and back for free. These guys are professional, honest, fare, and take amazing care of their customers. I’ve already recommended them to everyone I know.Thank you guys!!!

Mastercraft took on a project for me that was not a normal service they provide, but was a use of their equipment and skill sets. They gave me a far price, but one that we talked about may not cover the cost and profit of completing the job. THE JOB CAME OUT SPECTACULAR, BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS and achieved the objective perfectly. The time was more than the quote, but Mastercraft stuck to their core values and charged me only what they quoted, even though I offered to cover the difference. It was 10 on customer experience, 10 on job performance and a WOW on finding a vendor that goes above and beyond the scope of the job.
