Love this place! If you want to get stronger and faster and feel awesome everyday then this is where you should be.5 years later and still obsessed!!!I’m updating my review because after five years at this CrossFit gym, it truly feels like home . The coaches know you (not just by name, but all your quirks), care about how you move, and actually want you to get stronger and healthier—not just survive the workout. The programming keeps things fun, challenging, and never boring, and I’ve seen real results over time. Proper form, injury prevention, and long term progress are always emphasized.What keeps me coming back is the community—people that are happy to be here every day, supportive, encouraging, and full of good energy. The gym is clean, well-equipped, well maintained, and somehow manages to feel both motivating and comfortable every single day.It doesn’t matter if you are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, this is the CrossFit gym to be at for great coaching and fantastic community.
