I have been to a few Crossfit gyms and this one is by far the most individually focused i have experienced. Each session includes notably excellent instruction, and personalization for each participant. Beginners to Crossfit and/or higher level exercise will feel welcome. I’ve loved the WODs every time I’ve visited. Sarah creates an incredibly welcoming vibe, and all the athletes follow suit. The coach for Barbell class is excellent. The space is great and I’m thrilled that Asbury has a welcoming (& queer friendly) gym that specializes in strength and conditioning.
