Working with Dr. Bloxham over the last year has truly been life changing for me. A lifetime of chronic TMJ dysfunction got to a head, and the team spent many hours of quality care with me during my treatment process. Every visit included unhurried discussion that took every concern I had seriously, and I always left knowing my wellness was a priority for their team. My yearly follow up recently reminded me how lucky I have been to work with the team. Dr. Bloxham doesn’t cut corners, and makes an effort to look under every rock to find solutions. There are only great things that I can say about this team.

Not a good experience. Procedure was $2,000.00 more than I was quoted. Followup visits (2) I was charged extra which I thought were included in the original quote. These visits were not with the doctor but one of his assistance. I would not go back.

Dr. Bloxham and his staff are EXCELLENT. I was in extreme pain and from my first phone call I knew they care. I talked with Camille she was very helpful and was able to set me up with an appointment in the afternoon. Vanessa at the front desk was so nice and helped make the paperwork easier, she let me know the Dr. could see me right away, she also explained everything and was very patient. The nurse (I forgot her name) that assisted the Dr. was so helpful and explained the process to me in full detail, she also went over everything and gave me a folder with information of my condition (I feel bad that I don't rememberher name). Dr. Bloxham was very nice and thorough. He went through my x-ray on a large screen TV and explained everything. He also answered all my questions. Everyone in this office are very compassionate, professional and when they walk through the lobby they say hi and ask if you need anything. Highly recommend!!!

My consult today went very well! I would give Dr.Bloxham and his team each 5 stars!! They were very welcoming, friendly snd informative. The whole staff made sure my questions were answered and explained everything clearly snd what to expect. I felt listened to and understood.

All I can say is GOD BLESS FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE!! I’ve spent the last 30 years with terrible headaches and sleep apnea. I’ve seen several dentists. I’ve seen several medical doctors. I’ve had several surgeries. I’ve tried and failed all the “PAP” appliances. I’ve spent thousands in copays and have been MISERABLE for decades. I found Dr. B and ALMOST didn’t go because they don’t bill insurance and it was going to cost me $700. REALLY Julie?? Thank GOD I went!! This man has BEEN there! He’s a research geek and KNOWS his stuff. Do I feel better? Not yet. BUT I finally have HOPE that I WILL!! By the way, my appointment was only 4 hours ago and, as good as Dr. B IS, he’s not GOD! No practitioner has a magic wand. Healing is a process, but when you know what to do, it is exhilarating!

From the beginning, Monica made me feel like a valued customer, patiently listening to me & helping me with the scheduling! Rachel was so patient with my never ending questions & flood of emotions my first visit! Dr Bloxham was so informative & thorough with going thru my history, answering both mine & my mom’s questions & spot checking my kids (yea genetics)! Makenna was so helpful with explaining the devices & steps for my jaw recovery & what to expect, & helping me get funding to cover things! Laura has been fantastic with checking my devices, troubleshooting any problems, & teaching me how to use & care for them! I still need to bill my insurance, so I don’t know how that process will go, I just need to create time for it.

Care you will find nowhere else in Tri Cities, I gave it my all. Your assistant Taylor is a bright one, and her future is even brighter. I was very impressed with that young lady. I'll admit, her appeared young age had me scratching my head at first. When I had a one on one conversation with her about my situation, that perception changed immediately. Keep it up young lady, you have a great and rewarding career ahead of you, and everyone who meets you can see it. (I am getting old, and everyone under 30 looks like a child to me now lol, please forgive me). Five stars also goes to the receptionist (I think) who first called me. She was literally the first person to acknowledge the severity of pain I was in. She really got it, and if she had not, I would not have came in. I had already seen more doctors than I have in the rest of my life combined, and I should have been a hard sell. What all the other doctors could not seem to understand, or more than likely just did not care, was that I was teetering on the edge of a 500 ft cliff. She assured me immediately that this office does, without me even asking. I could not actually afford this visit, but I was aware immediately that I had to find a way, and thank the good lord I did. If you have been through the wringer with pain you need to make go away no matter what, and doctors who blow it off (which is most of them), give this doctor one chance, just one visit, and if you have the experience I did, your life may very well be changed unlike you thought possible. These good people know pain, like you know pain, and they will help you.

Three dentists, an oral surgeon, an ER doctor, and my primary physician all mis diagnosed me. I was in debilitating pain. This doctor, and his staff were life saving, literally, they saved my life. The pain is not over yet, but it is fixable and always was. Four months of off the chart curl up in a ball pain, and no sleep. He totally figured it out in one visit. Thank you does not come close to what I feel I owe, but thank you thank you thank you. Your young assistant for her age, was remarkably knowledgable, kind, and understanding. I was too delirious to remember names, so I hope this counts toward your office contest.

I had the best experience at Columbia Center for Sleep.Apnea and TMJ. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was given quality time with Dr. Bloxham where he listened in detail to my dental history and the pain that I have suffered for months. He took the time to explain the reasons for the pain and we now have a diagnosis and a plan for treatment. I am grateful for the knowledge and care the entire team showed me today. Monika was amazing. She helped with scheduling conflicts and also got back to me in a very timely manner with answers to my questions. We drove a total round-trip of 5 hours to see Dr. Bloxham and it was worth every minute and mile. 5 stars, would recommend to everyone dealing with ongoing dental pain. Thank you!

Sitting on the front counter is a jar that reads “ashes of problem patients”. Well here’s my experience: I was referred by my orthodontist for headaches. Here’s a summary of my first visit. All sorts of promises from Dr Bloxham and his staff….he’s the “nerve nerd” he’s going to dig into your issue. Well here’s their idea of “digging” into my issue. He gave me a couple of injections on my head. Then put me on an anti depressant nerve medication. When that didn’t work they refused me further treatment. The bill was over $800. I feel like I was ripped off. Then rather than meeting with me his staff got aggressive and talked over me when I tried explain my feelings of feeling mislead. Dr Bloxham came on the phone and when I tried to explain and work towards peaceful communication he ended the call by hanging up on me. Based on my experience I would say Dr Bloxham probably lives in a very nice house and probably takes great vacations. If Dr Bloxham sees this the door with me is still open to resolve the issue professionally and move forward as friends.

I would not recommend this office. We got referred to them from an orthodontist and was told we only had to pay one lump sum for all care. To then be told we had to pay additional $ They are out to take your $ They don’t truly care about there patients
