We've found our broker for life!Building your first home is stressful enough without having to worry about whether you're getting the right finance deal. Phil and his team took that stress off the table completely. When we came to him during our new build, he didn't just find us a mortgage, he steered us away from the wrong one first. We had an offer on the table from ANZ on a variable rate, and Phil advised against it, explained exactly why it would cost us more, and secured us a 2-year fixed rate at 5.38% with a 100% offset account instead. That kind of honest, strategic advice is rare and genuinely valuable.But Phil went above and beyond in ways we didn't even expect.
