We’ve used Phil and his team for multiple loans now and have always had a fantastic experience. Phil has managed to secure finance for us in a number of different scenarios, some more complicated than others, and has consistently achieved a great result. His knowledge, communication and attention to detail are excellent. He’s always responsive, keeps us updated throughout the process and genuinely works hard to find the best solution. We’ve been extremely happy with the service and outcomes and wouldn’t hesitate to use Phil again. Highly recommend Phil and his team!

Phil and his team (Shara and Caroline) have been instrumental in enabling us to purchase our dream home this year. With the current property market being what it is we had to sell our home to purchase another, and being subject to sale meant we missed out on many properties. Thanks to Phil we were able to organise finance via a reasonable bridging loan. Phil made himself available to answer all of our questions no matter how small (or probably stupid), he always made us feel like we were his priority client and treated us with utmost care and professionalism. We cannot recommend him enough, I don’t believe that you will find a better mortgage broker in Busselton.Thank you Phil, Shara and Caroline!

Phil and the team at Intrepid Finance were excellent to deal with. They were responsive, professional, and made the refinance process smooth and stress-free. They secured us a better rate and kept us informed every step of the way. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

Phil and the team did a great job and were super efficient. I had a loan approval within a week of application and loan documents the week after. There was regular communication along the way and he was very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him to others looking for a new loan.

Extremely happy with Intrepid's service. We were a very non-standard proposal with income entirely from abroad. Caroline and the team did a great job in navigating our way through these complexities and got us the loan we needed for our purchase. Very happy with the process and the outcome.

We've found our broker for life!Building your first home is stressful enough without having to worry about whether you're getting the right finance deal. Phil and his team took that stress off the table completely. When we came to him during our new build, he didn't just find us a mortgage, he steered us away from the wrong one first. We had an offer on the table from ANZ on a variable rate, and Phil advised against it, explained exactly why it would cost us more, and secured us a 2-year fixed rate at 5.38% with a 100% offset account instead. That kind of honest, strategic advice is rare and genuinely valuable. But Phil went above and beyond in ways we didn't even expect. He structured the loan split specifically so we could still qualify for the First Home Owner Grant, something we wouldn't have even known to ask about. On top of that, he set up a savings goal to keep us on track financially throughout the build, handled every single piece of paperwork end to end, and guided us through the entire process without us ever feeling lost or overwhelmed.Construction loan while building -> refinance after completion. It was the easiest process we've ever been through. Phil made something that should have been complicated feel completely effortless.Throughout the entire build he was communicative, professional, and always a step ahead. We are already looking forward to sitting down with Phil again in two years to purchase our first investment property. That says everything. If you're buying, building, or refinancing, do yourself a favour and call Phil first.

Phil was great in setting up our loan and getting approved, including helping us sort an issue with the VOI process.
