Troy came out today and determined the backed up toilet had a soft clog that broke up on its own. He flushed the toilets with and without paper, filled the sinks and tub multiple times to be sure they drained properly. Will definitely call Plumbing by Paul for any future plumbing needs.

I have a neighbor who had a clogged toilet. Troy came out and discovered it was a soft blockage that had broken down on its own. He checked both toilets flushing multiple times, filled the sinks and tubs with water to confirm they were draining properly. All good. Troy was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I have personally used Plumbing by Paul in the past with good results.
