Brian with Plumbing by Paul came out this past Sunday for a backed up bathroom. Was very friendly and did a great job clearing the issue and triple checking to make sure it was fixed! Bathroom shower/bath stopped getting hot water. Troy and Chris knew right away what the problem was, but the faucet is really old and not a common brand. The guys went the extra mile by taking the valve out and going to find the part. As luck would have it, they were able to find the part and replaced it all this within a few hours. Troy and Chris showed up at our place in Gulfport to figure out why our shower suddenly wasn't getting hot water. They scratched their heads, sorted through their tools, opened a panel we didn't know was there...and then ran off to get a special part. They were back in 30 minutes and within another 10 we had a hot shower, which felt so good on this cold Florida day. Fast, painless and a couple of good jokes thrown in at no extra charge.
