Jenn's staff have been great. I greatly appreciate their system of introducing two walkers at the beginning and making sure that any new walker is introduced to my dog with a known walker to help him understand what's happening and feel comfortable with his walks. The walkers have been flexible, responsive, and helpful, and they communicate consistently and well. I'll felt secure and happy knowing that they will be looking after my dog, and he looks forward to seeing them!

Jenn’s Pet TLC is a top notch organization. I have a very timid senior cat that has significant health issues. The individuals that visit and administer meds are very caring and professional. They arrive on time and go above and beyond in making Biscuit feel comfortable. The people are what makes them stand out. I have never experienced anything comparable.

For many years, I had my family members help take care of my pet when I was traveling. That became no longer possible and so I needed a pet sitter. I went onto Google to find pet sitter's in the South Bay area and came across Jenn and Ryan and Jenn's Pet LLC. They came out to my house to meet me and my pet and for us to meet them. I was extremely impressed and I use them about six times a year to pet sit. The app that they use makes it very easy to schedule, pay and communicate. And every day that they come, I get an email and a photo from them.

We were so fortunate to have found Jenn's Pet TLC. We were able to have peace of mind when out of town as Ryan took such good care of our cats. He would send updates and photos, and spend time showing our babies affection. The newsletters they send out are full of valuable information. Most remarkably, when our cats passed, they sent cards and mementos; we still have the rainbow charm hanging in our kitchen window looking out over where our beloved Spooky liked to sleep on the porch rocking chair.I can not recommend Jenn's Pet TLC enough. They go way above and beyond when it comes to pet care.

Jen and team have taken care of our cats for a few years now. The boys love them, and we know and trust that they will be well taken care of. We have 2 inside cats and 3 outside cats that adopted us. And all have been treated well. We love the pictures from each visit too.
