Jen and team have taken care of our cats for several years now. The boys love them, and we know and trust that they will be well taken care of. We have 2 inside cats and have had cats with special health needs in the past - And all have been treated well. We love the pictures from each visit too. We will be moving to Santa Cruz and will be sad to no longer have them as our preferred pet care professionals.

I had an excellent experience with Jenn's Pet TLC and would recommend this pet sitting service without hesitation. The staff was incredibly accommodating and flexible, readily adjusting to changes in my pets' routine when needed. It was clear they genuinely cared about my pets — they even hand-fed my dog when she wasn't eating, which meant a great deal to me.They followed all of my instructions carefully, including locking the house and setting the alarm exactly as requested. When I had an unexpected ant issue, they handled it exactly as I had suggested, which gave me confidence that they paid attention to detail.Communication was outstanding. They responded promptly whenever I reached out and sent daily photos and updates, which greatly eased my anxiety while I was away. Knowing my pets and home were in such capable and caring hands allowed me to truly enjoy my trip.I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and professional pet care.

Jenn's staff have been great. I greatly appreciate their system of introducing two walkers at the beginning and making sure that any new walker is introduced to my dog with a known walker to help him understand what's happening and feel comfortable with his walks. The walkers have been flexible, responsive, and helpful, and they communicate consistently and well. I'll felt secure and happy knowing that they will be looking after my dog, and he looks forward to seeing them!

Jenn’s Pet TLC is a top notch organization. I have a very timid senior cat that has significant health issues. The individuals that visit and administer meds are very caring and professional. They arrive on time and go above and beyond in making Biscuit feel comfortable. The people are what makes them stand out. I have never experienced anything comparable.
